AUTHORIZATION FOR CONSULTATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE COMMISSION OF

SURVEY FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF ACTS BY THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE PS AND THE

PSD INVOLVING STATE AND ECONOMIC GROUPS

In accordance with Article 15 (3) of Law No 5/93 of March 1, in the wording

that has been given to him by Law No. 126/97 of December 10, the Assembly of the Republic,

with the concordance of the affident, deliberating the applicant Mr. James Silver a

Consultation of the minutes of the meeting of the Commission of Inquiry for Appreciation of Acts of the

Government of the PS and the PSD involving the State and Economic Groups in which it was

present the Lord Engineer Belmiro de Azevedo, as well as the consultation of excerpts

of the minutes of the meetings held on 14 and October 20, 1998, in which they were

presented and discussed the applications requesting their coming to the Commission of

Enquiry, upon consignment of certified copies of the respective transcript.
