On the basis of article. 3 paragraphs 1 and 2. 2 of the Act of 13 October 1998 on the social insurance system (Journal of laws No. 137, item 887.) are managed as follows: § 1. Remuneration rights of payer contributions with tasks related to the determination of the rights and benefits of social insurance sickness and maternity benefits, and their payment is 0.1% of the amount properly paid benefits.

§ 2. The amount of the salary is deducted from the payer of social insurance contributions payable by the payer.

§ 3. Payer contributions shall settle due to him of the remuneration in the Declaration account be deposited per month, which has made the payment of benefits.

§ 4. If the remuneration referred to in § 1, has been withheld from unduly, the reimbursement shall be made in the Declaration of the contribution payer account for next month.

§ 5. Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1999.
