On the basis of article. 20 paragraph 1. 4 of the Act of 27 August 1997 on the vocational rehabilitation and employment of people with disabilities and (OJ No 123, poz. 776, as amended. 2)) are managed as follows: § 1. The employer shall provide a person with severe or moderate disability exemption from work on the basis of a proposal from a doctor holding the custody of that person for a referral on rehabilitation.

2. Request a doctor determines the type of a rehabilitation fixed period and its duration.

3. Referral for rehabilitation person with severe to moderate disabilities represents employers in such a period, which will make it possible to ensure the normal course of work at the plant.

§ 2. The basis for payment of remuneration for the release time is submitted to his employer a document that confirms on a rehabilitation fixed period, issued by the organizer of a rehabilitation fixed period.

§ 3. Repealed the Ordinance of the Minister of labour and social policy of 24 April 1998 on detailed rules for the granting of exemptions from the work of people with severe or moderate disability in order to participate in the rehabilitation rehabilitation fixed period (Journal of laws No. 55, item 356).

§ 4. This Regulation shall enter into force after the expiry of 14 days from the date of the notice.
