On the basis of article. 30 paragraph. 7 of the law of 26 January 1982 – Teacher (Journal of laws of 2006. # 97, poz. 674, as amended. 2)) are managed as follows: § 1. § 2. 1. the condition for granting the teacher incentive allowance is: [1] 1) documented educational achievement of pupils;

6) initiate and organize school events and celebrations;

7) child care Student Government or other Internet organisations active in school;

8) initialization and fixed conducting extra-curricular activities of the extra-curricular and out-of-school;

9) effective directing the development of student particularly skilled;

10) adaptation and the practical application of modern teaching methods and education in cooperation with the authority exercising supervision of the educational and other supporting institutions;

11) effective school management to ensure the continuous development and improvement of the quality of its work;

12) carrying out tasks and implement initiatives significantly increase participation and the role of the school in the local environment.

§ 3. 1. 6. Duty allowance is not entitled to from the first day of the month following the month in which the teacher has ceased to perform the duties entrusted to the position of Executive or exercise of the function, and if the cessation of duties occurred on the first day of the month-from that day.

8. § 4. 1. The teacher shall be entitled to an allowance for working conditions for work in difficult or burdensome conditions, referred to in the regulations issued on the basis of art. 34 para. 2 of the Act of 26 January 1982 – teacher's Card, hereinafter referred to as "Teacher Card", of up to 50% of the received by the teacher of the basic salary.

§ 5. Retirement allowance is entitled to the days for which the teacher receives remuneration, and the days of absence from work due to incapacity for work due to illness or personal custody of a child or a sick relative, for which the teacher receives the benefits from social security.

§ 6. 1. the remuneration per hour extra time and ad hoc substitutions shall be calculated, subject to the provisions of paragraph 2. 2, by dividing the allocated tutor basic salary rate (including the addition of conditions of work, if the work from oversized and temporary replacement takes place under difficult or burdensome) by monthly number of hours per week compulsory dimension of activities, established for the type of classroom, educational or caring in under an hour for emergency or replacement teacher.

Monthly number of hours per week of compulsory or realized dimension of teacher's activities referred to in paragraph 1. 1 and 2, shall be determined by multiplying the weekly mandatory or realized dimension of activities by 4.16 rounding to whole hours in the way that time classes to 0.5 hours are omitted, and at least 0.5 hour counts for the full hour.

4. remuneration for extra long hours allocated in the organizational plan is not entitled to the days in which the teacher does not implement activities because of breaks provided for the provisions on the organisation of the school year, starting or ending of classes in the middle of the week, and the days of justified absence from work.

5. To determine the remuneration for extra long hours in the weeks in which the fall days excusable absences teacher or public holidays, and in the weeks in which classes start or end in the middle of the week – the basis used to determine the number of hours for weekly shall be mandatory dimension of activities referred to in article 1. 42 paragraph 1. 3 or fixed on the basis of art. 42 paragraph 1. 7 of the Charter of the teacher, minus about 1/5 of this dimension (or 1/4 when the teacher found four-day working week) for each day of justified absence from work or public holiday off work. The number of hours for which shall be entitled to compensation in this week, may not, however, be greater than the number of hours allocated to the plan.

§ 7. The provisions of the regulation shall apply to remuneration payable from 1 January 2009.

§ 8.
