On the basis of article. 773 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974-labour code (Journal of laws 1998, No 21, item 94., as amended. 2)) are managed as follows: § 1. [1] 1. The provisions of the regulation shall apply to workers employed in: 1) Volunteer Hufcach Work, hereinafter referred to as the "VLC", 2) (repealed), 3) the social partnership Centre "dialogue", 4) of the principal library of the labour and social security, 5) the Centre for the development of human resources, 5a) European projects, 5b) Government Security Centre, 6) departmental training centres, training and human resources development, created by government authorities, 7) canteens and buffets, 8) holiday homes , 9) centres and villages, 10) establishments engaged in the printing and publishing, 11) provincial teams for the rule on disability, 12) other than those referred to in paragraphs 1 to 10 of State budgetary units, which do not apply separate rules – hereinafter referred to as "units".

2. The provisions of the regulation shall not apply to the Director (Commandant), Deputy Director (Deputy Commander) and Chief Accountant units, with the exception of § 12 and 13 and professional qualifications, which are set out in annex 3 to this regulation.

§ 2. Fixed: 1) tables of basic pay monthly rates, which are set out in annex 1 to the regulation;

2) table rates add-in function that is specified in annex 2 to the regulation;

3) tables, grading and professional qualifications of the workers, which are set out in annex 3 to this regulation.

§ 3. Whenever a regulation reference is made to the lowest remuneration, means the lowest base salary in the first grade, fixed monthly rates in the tables of the basic salary referred to in § 2 paragraph 1.

§ 4. A worker employed on a part-time basis are entitled to basic salary and other elements of remuneration in proportion to the working hours specified in the employment contract.

§ 5. Hourly rate: 1) the basic salary resulting from personal grade of the employee, the specified monthly rate, and 2) resulting from the lowest basic salary is determined by dividing the monthly pay rate by the number of hours of work per to be worked in a given month.

§ 6. 1. The employee in a position driving related team and solicitor shall be entitled to an allowance.

2. Duty allowance may be granted to an employee other than that referred to in paragraph 1. 1 coordinating, performing certain tasks in a position for which the tables referred to in § 2, paragraph 3, provides for the addition of the function key, except that the maximum rate of this allowance shall be reduced by two.

§ 7. 1. For the periodic increase the scope of their duties or to entrust additional tasks or due to the nature of the work or the conditions of work, the employer may grant an employee special.

2. Special Allowance shall be granted for the time specified and in justified cases, for an indefinite period.

3. Special Allowance is paid within the limits of funds for compensation, in the amount not exceeding 40% of the total basic salary and employee's function.

§ 8. 1. A worker employed continuously in shift work shall be entitled to an allowance for each hour of work: 1) II-10%, 2) III – 20% – hourly basic salary.

2. The employee performing night work shall be entitled to an allowance to pay for each hour of night work in 20% of the hourly rate of the basic salary, not lower, however, from the additive determined on the basis of article. 1518 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974-labour code.

3. in the event of the confluence of the permission to supplement for the work on the third change and to supplement for night work shall be entitled to one of these supplements is more favourable for the employee.

§ 9. 1. An employee shall be entitled to an allowance for length-of-service in the amount of 5% of the monthly basic salary after 5 years of work. This supplement is increased by 1% for each additional year of service, to achieve the 20% of the monthly basic salary after 20 or more years of service.

§ 10. 1. Within the limits of appropriations for remuneration may be created a bonus Fund.

§ 11. Within the limits of appropriations for remuneration may be created Prize Fund for awards for outstanding achievements in work, remaining at the disposal of the employer.

§ 12. 1. The employee, subject to the provisions of paragraph 2. 2, Jubilee Award in the amount of: 1) 75% of the monthly wages-after 20 years of work;

2) 100% of the monthly salary — after 25 years of work;

3) 150% of the monthly salary — after 30 years of work;

4) 200% of the monthly salary — after 35 years of service;

5) 300% of the monthly salary — after 40 years of service.

2. An employee employed on 1 July 1996 the plant established a printing and publishing: 1) after working continuously for 15 years in this establishment is entitled to award the Jubilee in the amount of 75% of the monthly salary;

2) entitled Jubilee Award in the amount of: a) 75% of the monthly salary — after 25 years of work, (b)) 100% of the monthly salary — after 30 years of work, c) 150% of the monthly salary — after 35 years of work, d) 200% of the monthly wages-after 40 years of work, e) 250% of the monthly wages-after 45 years of work, f) 300% of the monthly salary – after 50 years of work.

9. in the event of termination of the employment relationship in connection with the pension for incapacity for work or retirement of the employee, which sold the rights to the Jubilee Prize missing less than 12 months from the date of termination of employment, this shall be paid on the day of termination of employment.

11. A worker who on the date of entry into force of the provisions referred to in paragraph 1. 10, has a period longer than required for the Jubilee of the degree, and within 12 months from the date of the qualifying period it to acquire a higher degree of Jubilee Awards, award less is paid in full, and at the date of acquisition of the right to reward higher-the difference between the amount of the higher awards and the amount of rewards below.

12. the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2. 10 and 11 have accordingly, if on the day on which the employee has documented its right for the Jubilee, was entitled to award a higher degree, and when the employee the right to purchase within 12 months of that date.

13. § 13. 1. An employee who complies with the conditions for entitlement to a survivor's pension for incapacity for work or retirement, which the employment relationship is terminated in connection with pension or retirement, are entitled to a one-time check-in money: 1) one month's salary if he was employed for less than 15 years;

2) month salary-after working for at least 15 years;

3) three-month salary-after working for at least 20 years.

2. in determining the qualifying periods for a one-time monetary admission shall apply the provisions in force in determining the qualifying periods to retirement.

3. A one-time cash clearance shall be calculated in accordance with the provisions in force in determining the cash payment for annual leave.

4. An employee who has a single check-in of money may not buy it.

§ 14. A worker employed in the cafeteria, snack bar staff or holiday home shall have the right to use free or partially paid meals under the conditions laid down in annex 4 to the regulation.

§ 15. The employer may, in justified cases, reduce employee work period required for a given position, with the exception of posts for which the required length of employment determine separate rules.

§ 16. An employee who does not have the professional qualifications for the position occupied by him at the date of entry into force of the regulation, may continue to be employed in this position.

§ 17. The employee's salary employee in the unit on 1 June 2008, established on the basis of the provisions of this regulation, may not be lower than that of before that date.

§ 18. The monthly rate of the basic salary referred to in annex 1 to the regulation shall apply to remuneration payable from 1 January 2008.

§ 19. Repealed Regulation: 1), the Minister of labour and social policy of 12 July 1996 concerning remuneration for work and granting other work-related benefits for the staff of volunteer regiments from work (Journal of laws No. 94, item. 431, as amended. 3)), with the exception of § 9, 10 and 12, which are hereby repealed as from 31 May 2008;

2) Minister of labour and social policy of 12 July 1996 concerning remuneration for work and granting other work-related benefits for employees at Eastern Studies (Journal of laws No. 86, item 391, as amended. 4)), with the exception of § 8, 9 and 16, which are hereby repealed as from 31 May 2008;

3) Minister of labour and social policy of 18 July 1996 on the remuneration for work and granting other work-related benefits for workers in some State budgetary sphere (Dz. u. Nr 97, poz. 453, as amended. 5)), with the exception of § 8, 9 and 18 and annex # 6, part I, paragraph 1. 1 paragraph 1, which shall be repealed on 31 May 2008.

§ 20. The regulation shall enter into force on the date of the notice, with the exception of § 7, which shall enter into force on 1 June 2008.
