On the basis of article. 67 paragraph 1. 3 of the Act of 26 January 1982 – Teacher (Journal of laws of 1997, no. 56, item 357, 1998, no. 106, item 668. and no 162, item 1118, and with 2000 # 12, item 136, no. 19, item 239, no. 22, item 291 and # 122, item 1323) are managed as follows: § 1. 1. remuneration for annual leave teacher, subject to paragraph 2. 2, account shall be taken of: 1) base salary, 2) Extras: retirement, motivational, function and working conditions, 3) remuneration for extra long hours and hours ad hoc substitutions, 4) extra pay for night work, 5) separate remuneration for teaching, educational and caring performed on a non-working, 6) remuneration for work on a public holiday, 7) allowance for nuisance work referred to in article 2. 19 paragraph. 2 section 2 of the Act of 26 January 1982 – teacher's Card, hereinafter referred to as the "Act", 8) [1] single supplement referred to in article 2. 30A paragraph. 3 of the Act.

2. remuneration for annual leave, referred to in paragraph 1. 1, shall not be taken into account: 1) remuneration for standby time to work and for involuntary employee downtime, 2) remuneration for annual leave and remuneration for the time another justified absence at work, 3) remuneration for the time being unable to work due to illness or detention in connection with an infectious disease.

§ 2. 1. Elements of remuneration referred to in the monthly rates at constant height and components of remuneration specified percentage from these rates shall be payable in the month of use of leave, subject to the provisions of paragraph 2. 2.2. Where a period of execution of tasks or activities to supplement the function key is shorter than the period of the school year, the amount of the supplement shall be calculated by multiplying the rate obtained by the number of months in which the teacher performed the tasks or activities. The amount is divided by the number of months of the school year preceding the month of commencement of the leave.

3. [2] Single supplement referred to in article 2. 30A paragraph. 3 of the Act shall be taken into account in the amount which is one-twelfth of the amount of this allowance paid to an employee for the previous calendar year.

§ 3. The remuneration referred to in § 1 paragraph 1. 1 paragraph 4 – 6, is calculated by adding the salary received in individual months of the school year, then the amount is divided by the number of months of the school year preceding the month of commencement of the leave.

§ 4. The remuneration for extra long hours and hours ad hoc substitutions shall be calculated by multiplying the average monthly number of hours from the period of the months of the school year preceding the month of commencement of leave, (a) if the period of employment is shorter than the school year – for this period by the hourly pay rate which in the month of use.

§ 5. 1. the remuneration for one day leave the teacher referred to in article 2. 64 paragraph 1. 1 of the Act shall be determined by dividing the monthly salary calculated according to the rules specified in § 1-4 by the number of 30.

2. the remuneration for one day leave the teacher referred to in article 2. 64 paragraph 1. 3 of the Act, shall be determined by dividing the monthly salary calculated according to the rules specified in § 1-4 by the number of 21.

§ 6. 1. Cash equivalent for leave teachers shall be determined by applying the rules for the calculation of remuneration for annual leave. As the basis for the determination of the equivalent of one day of annual leave shall be the salary of a teacher for one day of the holiday.

2. In lieu of the unused by the teacher leave shall be calculated by multiplying the equivalent to one day of leave by the number of days of leave.

§ 7. [3] Regulation shall enter into force after the expiry of 7 days from the date of the notice.
