of 22 April 2004
on the model of the imitated authorization and official identity of the inspector general of the Office of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection
On the basis of art. 22a of the Act of 29 August 1997. on the protection of personal data (Dz. U. of 2002. No. 101, pos. 926 and No. 153, pos. 1271 and 2004 Nr 25, pos. 219 i Nr 33, poz. (285) the following shall be managed:
§ 1. The regulation determines the models of the imitated entitlement and the official identity of the inspector general of the Office of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, hereinafter referred to as the "Inspector".
§ 2. Model of imitated authorization of the inspector to carry out the activities referred to in Article 12 points 1 and 2 of the Act of 29 August 1997. the protection of personal data is set out in Annex 1 to the Regulation.
§ 3. The specimen of the inspector's official identity is set out in Annex 2 to the Regulation.
§ 4. The Regulation shall enter into force on the date of acquisition by the Republic of Poland of the membership of the European Union.

[ 1] Annex No 1 as set out by § 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 11 May 2011 amending the Regulation on the design of the imitated certificate and the official identity of the inspector general of the Office of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (Journal of Laws No. 103, item. 601). The amendment came into force on 20 May 2011.
