On the basis of article. 67 paragraph 1. 3 the law of 24 August 2006 on the civil service (Journal of laws No. 170, item 1218, no. 218, item 1592 and No 249, item 1832 and from 2007 the No. 25, item 162) and art. 30 paragraph 1. 1 of the Act of 16 September 1982 about employees of government offices (OJ 2001 No. 86, item. 953, as amended – 1)) are managed as follows: § 1. The regulation lays down rules for determining the distribution of working time per week and its dimension in the individual days of the week, members of the Corps of civil servants and non-civil service corps workers employed in government offices referred to in article 1. 2 paragraph 1. 1 of the law of 24 August 2006 on the civil service and in the article. 1 (1). 1 paragraphs 12 and 14, and paragraphs 1 and 2. the Act of 16 September 1982 about employees of government offices.

§ 2. [1] the Director-General of the Office (Head Office) shall determine the distribution of working time and the members of the Corps of civil servants and non-civil service corps workers, hereinafter referred to as "employees", considering that the work should be carried out from Monday to Friday between 815 and 1615.

§ 2a. [2] 1. The head of the Chancellery of the President of the Council of Ministers may establish, by Ordinance, a non-working day for employees working day falling between days free from work, provided the appointment Saturday day of work.

§ 3. 1. the Director-General of the Office (Head Office) can determine the resolution and the working time of the employees, including the continuously eight hours a day between 1800 and 700 hours, if this is justified by the necessity to ensure the efficient work of the Office and the diverse nature of the tasks.

2. Due to the specific nature of the work performed in the workplace the distribution of working time employed at the workplace may require shift work, due between 600 one day and the next day, 600 in the system, which applies to this employee.

3. in the offices, which are tasks associated with support for clients, and working time of employees should be given in such a way that at least one day of the week these tasks were performed in the hours between 800 and 1800.

4. Due to the specific nature of the work performed in the cell or in the workplace, in the timetable of the working time of workers employed in this cell or at the place of work the day of the week other than the day of work at the Office may be given on the job, if this is justified by the needs of the Office.

5. In the event of a breakdown or setting working time in different days of the week in the manner referred to in paragraph 1. 1, 2 and 4, the Director-General of the Office (Head Office) shall take into account the important personal reasons or family workers.

§ 4. Loses the power of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 14 April 2000 on the principles for determining the distribution of working time and employees of government offices (OJ No 28, item 350, 2002, no. 24, item 246 and 2004 No 255, poz. 2558).

§ 5. This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of the notice.
