Article. 1. [holidays] holidays are: 1) the days following: a) 1 January-new year, b)  6 January-Epiphany, c) the first day of Easter, d) second day of Easter, e) 1 may-public holiday, f) 3 may-national day may 3, g) the first whit, h) the day of Corpus Christi, and) 15 August-assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary , j) 1 November-all Saints ' day, k) November 11-national independence, l) 25 December-the first day of Christmas, m) on December 26, the second day of Christmas, 2) Sunday.
Article. 2. [the provisions repealed] shall be repealed all legislation governing the matter before public holidays differently from the provisions of this Act.
Article. 3. [Execution of the Act] Execution Act porucza to the President of the Council of Ministers and all Ministers.
Article. 4. [entry into force]  this Act shall enter into force on the date of the notice.
 Article. 1 (1) (a). (b)), in the version established by art. 2 of the Act of 24 September 2010 amending the law-labour code and certain other laws (Journal of laws. # 224, item. 1459). the change entered into force on 1 January 2011.
 this Act comes into force on January 19, 1951.
