On the basis of article. 236 of the Act of 30 August 2002, the law on proceedings before administrative courts (Journal of laws No. 153, item 1270) are managed as follows: § 1. 1. For each page of copy, certificate, statement or other document issued at the request based on the case sądowoadministracyjnej, and for stating the legitimacy of the charge Office in the amount of $10.

2. For copies and prints documents from the file sądowoadministracyjnej issued at the request of the charge Office in the amount of £ 2 for each page of a photocopy or printout.

3. If the document, a copy or print can be released after the removal of the content of personal data or other legally protected secret fee Office gets in the amount of: 1) 15 zł per page of the document referred to in paragraph 1. 1;

2) £ 3 per page copy or print, referred to in paragraph 1. 2.4. Each started page counts for all.

5. If the document referred to in paragraph 1. 1, is written in a foreign language or contains a table, the charge Office in the double height.

§ 2. Office fee for a copy of the decision with the reasons delivered by the proposal to prepare a justification of the decision, reported within seven days of the announcement of the judgment or the service a copy of the operative part of the judgment, in the amount of $100.

§ 3. Office fee for copies, extracts, copies and prints and the certificates and other documents issued on the basis of the collections of information collected and maintained in a court outside the acts of the case gets in the amount specified in paragraph 1.

§ 4. If the request for the release of the document, a copy or print has been made before the entry into force of the regulation, the Office gets to in height.

§ 5. The regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2004.
