ORDINANCE OF THE MINISTER OF THE INTERIOR AND ADMINISTRATION 1)

of 24 July 2009

on fire protection of water and fire-fighting

On the basis of art. 13 (1) 3 of the Act of 24 August 1991. on fire protection (Dz. U. of 2002. Nr 147, pos. 1229, as of late. 1. 2) ) The following shall be managed:

Chapter 1

General provisions

§ 1. The Regulation sets out the requirements for:

1) fire supply of water;

2) fire roads.

§ 2. 1. Whenever there is a regulation in the regulation:

1) buildings-shall be understood by the buildings referred to in § 3 (4-6),

2) the danger category of people-the categories referred to in § 209 (1) are to be understood. 2,

(3) Fire zones-this shall be understood by the terms of paragraph 226 (1). 1 and 2,

4) the floor-shall be understood by this terms in § 3 paragraphs 16 and 17,

5) groups of heights-should be understood by this term in § 8

-the Ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 April 2002. on the technical conditions to which the buildings should correspond and their location (Dz. U. Nr 75, poz. 690, late. 1. 3) ).

2. Whenever the regulation refers to a building object, it is to be understood by the construction object referred to in art. 3 point 1 of the Act of 7 July 1994. -Building law (Dz. U. 2006 r. Nr 156, pos. 1118, as of late. 1. 4) ).

3. Whenever the regulation is used, the terms of the following shall be used:

1) the settling unit-shall be understood by this term contained in the Article. 2 point 1,

2. Colonial (colony) buildings-it is necessary to understand the term laid down in art. 2 point 2

-the Act of 29 August 2003. with official names of localities and physiographic objects (Dz. U. Nr 166, pos. 1612 and 2005 No 17, pos. 141).

Chapter 2

Types of objects that require assurance
fire-fighting water supply
for external fire extinguishing

§ 3. 1. The provision of fire water supply to the external fire extinguishing is required for:

1) settlement units with a population of more than 100 inhabitants, not constituting a colonial development, as well as within their confines: public buildings and collective residence and production facilities and warehouses;

2. public utility buildings and collective residence and production and warehouse buildings, located outside the boundaries of the settlement units mentioned in paragraph 1, of a gross cubature exceeding 2 500 m 3 or of an area exceeding 500 m 2 , with the exception of liquid fuel stations with tanks of total capacity up to 200 m 3 liquid gas station and gas station;

3. non-building buildings intended for public utility purposes or for collective residence in which a fire zone with a surface area exceeding 1 000 m is located 2 or intended for more than 50 persons at the same time;

4) construction works of agricultural economy with an area of a fire zone exceeding 1 000 m 2 .

2. For other construction sites, water for fire prevention for external fire extinguishing shall be provided within the quantity of water expected for the settling units, not less than 10 dm 3 Second, subject to paragraph 3.

3. In the case of a settling unit with a population of up to 2 000, the required amount of water for fire extinguishing purposes for external fire extinguishing for other construction sites should be at least 5 dm 3 Second.

Chapter 3

Ways to determine the required amount of water for fire prevention

§ 4. 1. The required amount of water for the purpose of fire-fighting units for settling units is set out in Table 1 of the Annex to the Regulation.

2. The required amount of water for fire purposes may be determined separately for the district and the settlement unit in the settling unit, provided that they are separated from other districts and settlements of undeveloped land with a width of at least 100 m, on of which leafy or mixed trees of at least 50% of leafy trees are permitted.

3. The water for the purpose of fire-fighting for the facilities referred to in § 3 shall be available in particular from the water supply equipment of the population, in accordance with the regulations of water supply and wastewater disposal referred to in art. 19 (1) 1 of the Act of 7 June 2001. with a collective supply of water and waste water drainage (Dz. U. 2006 r. #123, pos. 858, 2007 Nr 147, pos. 1033 and 2009 Nr 18, pos. 97).

4. Water for the purpose of fire-fighting in the required quantity determined in the manner referred to in the paragraph. 1 and 2, it should provide a water supply network that provides water to the sedimentary unit.

5. In the case where in the settling unit the water resources intended for the population delivered to the water supply do not provide the quantities required for fire-fighting purposes, it shall be carried out, at a distance of not more than 250 m from the extreme construction of the unit a sedimentary or protected construction site, at least one of the following complementary water sources:

1) a well with a capacity of not less than 10 dm 3 /s;

2) point of drawing water on a natural or artificial water reservoir with a capacity to provide adequate supply of water or on a watercourse with a fixed water flow of not less than 20 dm 3 /s with the lowest water status;

3) fire water tank complying with the requirements of the Polish Norma.

6. Supplementary source of water referred to in paragraph. In paragraphs 1 and 2, it shall be possible to draw water from a depth of not more than 4 m, counting between the water's mirror and the level of the water draw position, and be equipped with:

1) a mammalian wells or other water intake device, which is protected against freezing and freezing;

2) the position of drawing water together with the commuting.

7. Supplementary sources of water referred to in paragraph. 5, should be protected against accidental fall into them of humans or animals.

§ 5. 1. The required amount of water for fire extinguishing purposes for the external extinguishing of fire for public buildings and collective residence and other construction works of such a purpose, used for the external extinguishing of fire, shall be:

1) for a building with a gross cubature of up to 5 000 m 3 and an internal surface up to 1 000 m 2 -10 dm 3 Per second of at least one hydrant with a diameter of 80 mm or 100 m 3 water supply in the fire-fighting water reservoir;

2) for buildings not mentioned in points 1-20 dm 3 Per second, including at least two hydrants with a diameter of 80 mm or 200 m 3 water supply in the fire-fighting water reservoir;

3) for the objects mentioned in § 3 paragraph. 1 point 3-10 dm 3 Per second of at least one hydrant with a diameter of 80 mm or 100 m 3 water supply in the fire-fighting water reservoir.

2. In the absence of the required amount of water referred to in the mouth. 1, it shall be supplemented by the sources referred to in § 4 (1). 5, with a capacity of 10 m in the case of a fire water tank. 3 water supply for 1 dm 3 Per second for lack of water performance, but not less than 50 m 3 .

3. Where in a public utility building or in a collective residence or other construction works of such a designation in one fire zone there are also storage rooms, the required amount of water for the purposes of fire extinguishing fire extinguishers for such a building or a construction site shall be determined in accordance with the rules indicated in the paragraph. 1 and 2, taking into account the required amount of water for storage premises determined in accordance with the rules laid down in § 6 paragraph. 3, provided that for these arrangements, instead of the area of the fire zone, the total area of the warehouse space is assumed, assuming for the whole building or the building object higher with the requirements.

§ 6. 1. The water for the production and storage facilities, in the quantity required for fire extinguishing purposes to the external extinguishing fire, shall be provided with the equipment providing it for the former-economic and technological purposes or from other the water resources used for this purpose.

2. In the case of the production and storage facilities of the equipment and water resources referred to in paragraph. 1, do not provide the required quantity for fire extinguishing purposes to external fire extinguishing, use devices for supplying water to the settling units or complementary water sources referred to in § 4 paragraph. 5.

3. The required amount of water for fire purposes for the production and storage facilities, with the exception of those mentioned in the paragraph. 4-8, for external fire extinguishing, shall be determined, taking into account that fire zone, for which it is the largest, as set out in Table 2 of the Annex to the Regulation.

4. Required quantity of water for fire extinguishing purposes for external fire extinguishing for service stations and LPG gas stations and natural gas station is 10 dm 3 Second.

5. Required quantity of water for fire extinguishing purposes for external fire extinguishing for tanks with flammable gases and with liquids having a flash point of up to 373,15 K (100 ° C) not being petroleum products and for tanks with petroleum products o The flashpoint of 328,15 K (55 ° C) to 373,15 K (100 ° C), with the exception of heated fire extinguishing fire extinguishing temperatures, is set out in Table 3 of the Annex to the Regulation.

6. The required amount of water for fire extinguishing purposes for the external extinguishing of fire for tanks with petroleum products, except those occurring at the stations of the fuels and gas stations of liquefied petroleum gas and mentioned in the paragraph. 5, shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 21 November 2005. on the technical conditions to be met by the bases and stations of liquid fuels, far-reaching pipelines for the transport of crude oil and petroleum products and their location (Dz. U. Nr 243, pos. 2063 and 2007 No. 240, pos. 1753).

7. The required amount of water for fire extinguishing purposes for external fire extinguishing for technological equipment and warehouses and warehouses with flammable gases and liquids with a flash point of up to 373,15 K (100 ° C), located outside the buildings, determines Table 4 of the Annex to the Regulation.

8. Required water for fire extinguishing purposes for external fire extinguishing for silos, chambers and containers with solid bulk combustible materials, and for tanks with flammable liquids with flash point above 373,15 K (100 ° C) is 10 dm 3 Second.

9. The required amount of water for fire extinguishing purposes for external fire extinguishing for agricultural economy construction works shall be ensured in the following quantities:

1) for objects with fire zone area up to 2 000 m 2 -at least 10 dm 3 /s;

2) for objects with an area of fire zone exceeding 2 000 m 2 -at least 15 dm 3 Second.

10. Where the efficiency of a water supply constituting the source of water for fire-fighting purposes does not provide the quantity specified in the mouth. 3-5 and 7-9, a complementary supply of water in fire, technological or natural reservoirs, adapted for the collection of water by fire pumps, shall be provided:

1) for the production and storage facilities listed in the paragraph. 3, in quantity equal to the product of the missing water efficiency of the water supply for the duration of the fire provided for the concerned fire zone, established in the Polish Standard for the calculation of the density of the fire load and the determination of the relative time the duration of the fire, but not more than 4 hours;

2) for the construction works mentioned in the paragraph. 4, 5 and 7-9, in the amount corresponding to 10 m 3 water supply for 1 dm 3 Per second of the water performance of the water supply.

11. In the absence of the required amount of water referred to in the mouth. 3-5 and 7-9, it is permitted to supplement it from the well or from the watercourse referred to in § 4 paragraph. 5 points 1 and 2.

§ 7. 1. Required quantity of water for fire protection purposes for fire zones equipped with fixed fire-extinguishing and securing equipment both at common and separate use of water supply or water supply for the supply of these devices and external fire extinguishing, in the construction works referred to in § 5 par. 1 and 3 and § 6 (1) 3, 5 and 7, is equal to:

1) using protective sprinkler devices-the sum of the amount of water to power these devices and to the external extinguishing of the fire;

2) with the use of sprinkler, sprinkler and mist extinguishing systems and a network of fixed fire-extinguishing parcels-the sum of the amount of water to power those devices and reduced by 50% the amount of water to extinguish the fire, including that required the quantity of water should be not less than the amount of water to extinguish the fire;

3) with foam fire extinguishing systems-a total amount of water to power these devices and reduced by 75% of the amount of water to extinguish the fire extinguishing, with the fact that the required amount of water should be not less than the amount of water to the outside fire extinguishing.

2. The waterworks, which serves not only for fire prevention purposes, should have a performance providing a total required amount of water for the needs:

1) fire fighting;

2) economic and economic, limited to 15%;

3) industrial, limited to the necessary handling of technological equipment.

§ 8. 1. In the absence of a water source providing the required amount of water for fire purposes, the competent local district commandant (city) of the State Fire Service at the request of the owner of the building, the construction site or the site, may allow for the time determined by the replacement water source for the purpose of the fire, in particular a natural or artificial water tank, a well or a watercourse, equipped with a position of water draw together with a commuting.

2. Substitute source of water referred to in paragraph 2. 1, should provide for the possibility of carrying out fire-extinguishing activities with forces and means available in the area of operation of the nearest fire protection unit.

3. In particularly justified cases, when meeting the requirements for the fire supply of water is impossible due to local conditions or is justified by the adoption of other solutions, at the request of the owner of the building, building or terrain objects, the use of replacement solutions is allowed, which provide a failure to deteriorate fire protection conditions, agreed with the appropriate local commandant of the State Fire Service.

4. Requirements for the design and construction of water supply networks, fire water reservoirs, together with water reds and commuting to them shall be determined by the appropriate Polish Norms.

Chapter 4

Fire requirements for water supply networks

§ 9. 1. A water supply network constituting a water source for fire protection purposes, hereinafter referred to as the "fire water supply network", shall be supplied with a fire pump, a tower container, a well or other equipment, providing the required capacity and efficiency and the pressure in the external hydrants, even those adversely affected, for at least 2 hours.

2. The fire water supply network should provide a capacity of not less than 5 dm 3 /s and pressure in an external hydrant of not less than 0,1 MPa (megapaskala), for at least 2 hours.

3. The fire water supply network shall be carried out as a perimeter network. The construction of a branch fire water supply network outside the urban areas is allowed, and where the total required amount of water does not exceed 20 dm. 3 Second.

4. The construction of a branch from the perimeter network shall be allowed to power the external hydrants.

5. Where the total required amount of water exceeds 30 dm 3 In the second, the network shall be powered on two points as far as possible from each other, but not less than 1 /4 network circuit.

6. The fire water supply network, for which the total required amount of water exceeds 20 dm 3 /s, it is necessary to design and build so that the water can be taken at the same time from the two adjacent external hydrants.

7. Expressed in millimetres, the nominal diameter (DN) of the pipelines made of steel pipes, on which the installation of fire hydrants is foreseen, shall be at least:

1) DN 100-in the perimeter network;

2) DN 125-in the branch network;

3) in the branch network branches-according to the hydraulic calculations;

4) DN 80-for the expansion or modernization of the existing 5 dm capacity water supply 3 Per second in the settling unit with a population not exceeding 2 000.

8. In the case of the execution of water pipes from materials other than steel, they should have an internal diameter equivalent to the corresponding steel pipes.

§ 10. 1. On the water supply network, fire hydrants with the nominal diameter of DN 80 shall be used.

2. The installation of underground hydrants with a nominal diameter of DN 80 is allowed in cases where the installation of filaments is particularly difficult or inexpentable, for example due to the obstruction of the movement.

3. In the construction and storage facility, where the required amount of water for fire extinguishing purposes for external fire extinguishing exceeds 30 dm 3 In the second, refinery and petrochemical plants and the main water supply line fire hydrants shall be installed with a nominal diameter of DN 100.

4. The external Hydrants installed on the fire water supply network shall be equipped with cut-off machines enabling them to be detached from the network. These cut-off shall remain in the open position during normal operation of the network.

5. External Hydrants should meet the requirements of the Polish Standards on these devices, which are equivalent to European standards (EN).

6. The external Hydrants are located along the roads and streets and at their crossings, at a distance:

1) between hydrants-up to 150 m;

2) from the outer edge of the road or the street-up to 15 m;

3) the nearest hydrant from a protected construction site-up to 75 m;

4) other than those mentioned in point 3 hydrants required to protect the building object-up to 150 m;

5) from the walls of the protected building-at least 5 m.

7. Outside the urban areas the distance between hydrants should be adjusted to the density of an existing and planned construction.

8. The nominal output of the external hydrant, at a nominal pressure of 0,2 MPa, measured on the hydrant valve during the collection of the water, depending on its nominal diameter (DN), shall not be less than:

1) for hydrant filler DN 80-10 dm 3 /s;

2) for the hydrant of the filler DN 100-15 dm 3 /s;

3) for the hydrant of the underground DN 80-10 dm 3 /s;

4) for the hydrant of the filamentary DN 80 on the network referred to in § 9 paragraph. 2-5 dm 3 Second.

9. In order to provide for the possibility of intensive water consumption for fire-fighting purposes on water supply networks with a nominal diameter of not less than DN 250, hydrants, meeting the following requirements, shall be installed:

1) The nominal diameter of the hydrant should be DN 100 or DN 150;

2) Nominal efficiency at nominal pressure 0,2 MPa measured on the hydrant valve during the water collection shall not be less than 20 dm 3 /s;

3. hydrants should be located in places accessible from the main communication roads on the premises of the settling unit;

4) the location of the location of the hydrant should be marked with the signs according to the Polish Norms together with the indication of the additional size of the hydrant characteristic;

5. at the hydrant, provision should be made for the position to draw water on the dimensions of free access to the hydrant;

6) in the position of drawing water should place a ban on parking.

10. Determine the requirements for the installation of the hydrants referred to in paragraph. 9, the local authorities of the State Fire Brigades in the framework of the opinion of the projects and projects of spatial development of the municipality and projects of local spatial development plans are carried out in accordance with the procedure laid down in the planning and zoning regulations.

11. Maximum hydrostatic pressure in the fire water supply network shall not exceed 1,6 MPa.

12. The location of the external hydrant shall be marked with the marks in accordance with the Polish Norms.

13. External Hydrants should be inspected at least once a year by the owner of the fire water supply network.

Chapter 5

Fire pumping

§ 11. 1. The primary source of energy for pumps in the fire pump shall be an electricity grid or an internal combustion engine with sufficient fuel for 4 hours of full load.

2. On demand for water for fire purposes in excess of 20 dm 3 /s:

1. the pumps shall be supplied from two separate sources of energy, primary and standby, with the engine being allowed as the reserve source to be propelled by the engine driven by the engine referred to in paragraph 1. 1;

2. in the case of a pump operation in a continuous water supply system, at least two pumps shall be provided in the pumping station, including one reserve with parameters not lower than the parameters of the largest of the pumps installed.

3. The pumps shall provide the required pressure at the largest water consumption in the hydrants, at most or most adversely affected.

4. The pumps shall be equipped with a measuring system consisting of a pressure gauge, a flow meter and a control valve, allowing for periodic control of the work parameters.

5. The drive of pumps in the fire pumps shall meet the requirements specified in the Polish Standards for sprinkles.

6. The pumps shall be powered from the power grid from the circuit independent of all other circuits in the facility, meeting the requirements for the safety installation, specified in the Polish Standard for electrical installations in building facilities.

Chapter 6

Fire routes

§ 12. 1. A paved road with a paved surface enabling the vehicles of fire protection units to be commenced for a construction site at any time of the year, shall be achieved by:

1) a building containing a fire zone classified as a hazard category of the people of ZL I or ZL II;

2) a building belonging to the height group: averages, high or high-wall, containing a fire zone classified in the hazard category of people ZL III, ZL IV or ZL V;

3) a building containing a production or warehouse fire zone and fire zone outside the building, comprising technological equipment, a storage area or a wind, if the density of the fire zones mentioned in the fire zones exceeds 500 MJ/m 2 and there is at least one of the following conditions:

(a) the area of the fire area exceeds 1 000 m 2 ,

(b) there is a room at risk of explosion;

4) a building containing a production or warehouse fire zone with a fire density of less than 500 MJ/m 2 with an area exceeding 20 000 m 2 ;

5) low building:

(a) containing a fire zone classified as a hazard category of ZL III, with an area exceeding 1 000 m 2 , consisting of a filing of a filler other than the first, or

(b) containing a fire zone falling within the risk category of the ZL V people and having more than 50 accommodation places;

6) a construction object other than a building, intended for public utility or a collective residence, in which the possibility of simultaneously staying in a fire zone of more than 50 persons is envisaged;

7) the position of drawing water for fire purposes.

2. The fire road shall run along the long side of the building referred to in paragraph. 1 points 1 to 4, over its entire length, and where the shorter side of the building has more than 60 m from its two sides, the closer edge of the fire path must be separated from the wall of the building by 5-15 m for the facilities included in the hazard category people and about 5-25 m for the remaining objects. There shall be no permanent landings or trees and bushes of more than 3 m between this road and the building wall, preventing access to the facade of the building by means of elevators and mechanical drabines.

3. In cases of justified local conditions, in particular the architectural, fire road to the buildings referred to in the paragraph. 1 points 1 to 4 may be conducted in such a way that access to the following is ensured:

1) 30% of the external circuit of the building, at its spread (the largest width) up to 60 m,

2) 50% of the outer circuit of the building, at its spread exceeding 60 m,

3) 100% of the length of the facade from the front of the building, in the building of the first building

-if the other requirements set out in the paragraph are met. 2.

4. Exodus from the construction sites referred to in paragraph. 1 points 1 to 6 shall be connected to the fire path, a milking minimum width of 1,5 m and a length of not more than 50 m, in such a way as to ensure that the escape routes are reached directly or by means of each fire zone in these facilities.

5. Each crane for the rescue team in the building should have a connection to the fire route of the milking, referred to in the mouth. 4, where the length of the outlet should also cover the escape route in the building.

6. The requirements referred to in paragraph 1 2 and 3, shall not apply when the following conditions are met:

1) in a building with more than 3 floors of fillings, on each storey above the third filling, up to a height of 25 m, each staircase used to evacuate has a window for rescue crews, enabling access from the outside through the hole at the bottom a edge of not more than 90 cm above the level of floor and of a height and width of at least 110 cm and 60 cm respectively, or is provided to reach such a horizontal window by an escape route not exceeding 50 m in length;

2. the fire road shall be brought to the building so that its nearest edge is 5-10 m from the vertical projection to the level of the area of each of the windows referred to in point 1, and there are no fixed elements between that route and the mentioned windows. land or trees exceeding 3 m in height, preventing them from reaching these windows by means of a mechanical lift and a mechanical ladder;

3) the window referred to in point 1 is marked from within the safety mark "do not pledge", and from the outside-a safety sign suitable for the way in which you can get inside the building, according to the Polish Standard concerning the characters safety.

7. Requirements referred to in paragraph. 2 and 3, do not apply to a building of not more than 3 floors and a height of not more than 12 m, if the connection to the fire exit from this building is provided, a hardened milking with a minimum width of 1,5 m and a length of not more than 30 m, in such a way as to be able to arrive directly or through the evacuation routes to each fire zone.

8. Access to the buildings referred to in paragraph. 4 and 7 may be carried out by the building, unless they run within the fire zone, to which access from the fire road is to be provided.

9. The fire road shall be such as to ensure the passage without reversing or shall be completed by a 20 m x 20 m manoeuvring facility, or other arrangements to enable the vehicle to be reversed, subject to paragraph 1, may be provided. 10.

10. The execution of the fire section with a length of not more than 15 m, from which the departure is possible only by the reversing of the vehicle shall be allowed.

11. The lowest radius of the external arc of the fire path shall not be less than 11 m.

12. Fire roads and manoeuvers in places other than those mentioned in the paragraph. 2 and 3 can be located less than 5 m from the protected building, provided that the external wall of the building on this section and within 5 m of it has the fire resistance class required for the fire separation wall of this a building.

§ 13. 1. The minimum width of the fire path shall be at least 4 m and its incline inclination shall not exceed 5%:

1) in the places referred to in § 12 par. 2 and 3, and in sections of 10 metres in length from these places, which provide access to and exit;

2) on an episode of 15 m in length from the places of bringing it to the building referred to in § 12 mouth. 6 point 2.

2. Within the city and on the territory of the plot, on which the building object is situated, referred to in § 12 paragraph. 1 points 3 and 4, the fire path shall allow the passage of vehicles with axle load on the road surface of at least 100 kN (kilograms) and its minimum width in places other than those referred to in paragraph 1. 1 shall not be less than 3,5 m.

3. In areas other than those mentioned in the mouth. 2. the fire path shall permit the passage of vehicles with a pressure of at least 50 kN on the road surface, and its minimum width in places other than those mentioned in paragraph. 1 may not be less than 3 m.

4. In particularly justified cases, when meeting the requirements for bringing the fire road to the building object is impossible due to local conditions or is justified by the adoption of other solutions, at the request of the owner building, building or terrain facility, the use of convertible solutions providing a failure to deteriorate fire protection conditions of the facility, agreed with the appropriate local commandant of the State Fire Service.

§ 14. 1. Carings in the courtyers and other enclosed areas shall comply with the following conditions:

1) the height of the journey not less than 4,2 m, and in the construction one-family-3,2 m;

2) the width of the journey not less than 3,6 m, including the width of the carriageway of at least 3 m;

3) the distance between the crossings into one courtyard not more than 150 m.

2. In the crossings, the carriageways shall be separated from the pavements of pillars or walls, the width of the carriageway shall not be less than 3,6 m.

3. Where the passage is used as a permanent pedestrian crossing, an additional sidewalk with a width of at least 1 m shall be provided.

§ 15. Viaducts, escapades, transitions and other similar devices or fixed elements, situated above the fire routes, shall have a height and width of not less than 4,5 m.

§ 16. 1. On a separate area exceeding 5 ha, on which the objects mentioned in § 12 paragraph are located. 1, and for fair and exhibition squares of such a surface shall be provided at least two intakes, distant from each other by at least 75 m.

2. The entry gates must meet the conditions referred to in § 14 paragraph. 1 point 2 and paragraph. 2.

Chapter 7

Final provisions

§ 17. Article 12 (1) 2 concerning the remoteness of the closer edge of the fire path from the wall of objects classified into the hazard category of humans does not apply to the fire roads existing on the date of entry into force of the Regulation, if they were made according to provisions in force at the time of their construction.

§ 18. The Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 16 June 2003 shall be repealed. on fire protection of water and fire roads (Dz. U. Nr 121, poz. 1139).

§ 19. The Regulation shall enter into force after 14 days from the date of the announcement.
