On the basis of article. 19 paragraph. 4 of the Act of 28 November 2003 on family benefits (Journal of laws of 2006, no. 139, item. 992, as amended – 1)) are managed as follows: § 1. 1. from 1 November 2012 to 31 October 2014:1) the amount referred to in article 1. 5. 1 of the Act of 28 November 2003 on family benefits, hereinafter referred to as the "Act", is $539.00;

2) the amount referred to in article 1. 5. 2 of the Act, is $623.00.

2. as from 1 November 2014:1) the amount referred to in article 1. 5. 1 of the Act, is $574.00;

2) the amount referred to in article 1. 5. 2 of the Act, is $664.00.

§ 2. From 1 November 2012:1) the amount of the family allowances referred to in article 2. 6 of the Act, is in a month: a) 77.00 € per child up to the age of completion of 5 years of age, b) 106.00 zł for a child over the age of 5 years old to complete 18 years of age, c) $115.00 per child over the age of 18 years of age to complete 24 years of age;

2) the amount of the supplement to the family allowance for the birth of the child, referred to in article 2. 9 the Act is 1000.00 PLN;

3) the amount of the supplement to the family allowance for care of the child during parental leave, referred to in article 2. 10 of the Act, is $400.00 per month;

4) the amount of the supplement to the family allowance for raising a child alone, as referred to in article. 11A Bill is $170.00 per month per child, but not more than € 340.00 for all children;

5) the amount of the supplement to the family allowance for raising a child in a large family, referred to in article 1. 12A Act is 80.00 zł per month for the third and subsequent children entitled to family allowances;

6) the amount of the supplement to the family allowance for education and rehabilitation of disabled child, referred to in article 2. 13 of the Act, is: a) 60.00 zł per month per child up to the age of completion of 5 years of age, b) 80.00 € per month for a child over the age of 5 years old to complete 24 years of age;

7) the amount of the supplement to the family allowance for the start of the school year, referred to in article 1. 14 of the Act, is $100.00 per child;

8) the amount of the supplement to the family allowance for the child school outside the place of residence referred to in article 2. 15 of the Act, is: (a) $90.00) per month per child in connection with living in the village, in which the Head Office of secondary school or art school, which is compulsory education and the obligation of science, as well as elementary or secondary school in the case of a child or learner, means the judgment of disability or severe disability, b) 50.00 zł per month for the child in connection with the access to the place of residence to the village , in which the Head Office of the school, in the case of travel to secondary schools, as well as art school, which is compulsory education and the duty to study within the range science in secondary school;

9) the amount of the one-off payment for the birth of a living child, referred to in article 1. 15B of the Act, is $1000.00 per child;

10) attendance allowance referred to in article 2. 16 the Act is 153.00 zł per month;

11) the amount of the attendance benefits referred to in article 2. 17 of the Act, is 520.00 PLN per month.

§ 3. Until October 31, 2012. the amounts referred to in article 1. 5. 1 and 2 of the Act, and the family benefits are determined on the basis of existing legislation.

§ 4. Loses power regulation of the Council of Ministers of 11 August 2009 on the income level of the family or income of learning as a basis to apply for family benefits and family allowances (Journal of laws No. 129, item 1058).

§ 5. This Regulation shall enter into force after 14 days from the date of the notice.
