§ 1. Scope the regulation applies to animals of the horse family from Romania as well as sperm, egg and embryo or blood products from such animals.
The regulation does not apply to animals that go in transit through Romania on major roads or being transported without interruption through Romania directly to the slaughterhouse for immediate slaughter.

§ 2. The ban on importing it is forbidden to import animals of the horse family from Romania as well as sperm, egg and embryo or blood products from such animals.
Exempt from the ban in the first paragraph are: 1. Animals of the horse family where the following requirements are met: a) the animals shall be accompanied by a health certificate as provided for in Annex i to this regulation issued in accordance with regulation 31. December 1998 No. 1488 about animal health conditions for importation and the exit point of animals of the horse family section 6. The health certificate should be inflicted on the following additional text: "Animals of the horse family forwarded in accordance with Commission decision 2010/346/EU".

b) each animal shall in addition be tagged with an electronic transponder and be accompanied by an identification document (passport) as specified in regulation 28. April 2010 No. 631 about identification of the animals of the horse family. The animal's individual number that reads of the electronic transponder to follow of the identification document (passport). 2. Frozen semen or frozen embryos from animals of the horse family where the following requirements are met: the shipment is accompanied by a health certificate as provided for in regulations 31. December 1998 No. 1477 about animal health conditions for import and export of sperm, egg cells and embryos of certain animal species Appendix D and Appendix E. Health certificate should be inflicted on the following additional text: "Semen of animals of the horse family, which is forwarded in accordance with Commission decision 2010/346/EU" or "embryos of animals of the horse family, which is forwarded in accordance with Commission decision 2010/346/EU".

3. Serum from animals of the horse family where the following requirements are met: the shipment is accompanied by a health certificate as provided for in annex II to this regulation.

§ 3. Claims about the slaughter, isolation and testing Animals of the horse family imported from Romania will be either a) slaughtered within 72 hours after arrival at the slaughterhouse or receiver b) be isolated on the receiver the business specified in the health certificate under the supervision of public veterinarian for at least 30 days of at least 200 meters distance from the other animals of the horse family or under vektorskjermede conditions.

§ 4. Animals that are exported in accordance with the first paragraph shall be accompanied by a health certificate as provided for in Annex i to this regulation, issued in accordance with regulation 31. December 1998 No. 1488 about animal health conditions for importation and the exit point of animals of the horse family section 6.

§ 5. Punishment intentionally or negligent violation of this regulation is punishable according to matloven § 28.

section 6. Entry into force this Regulation shall enter into force immediately.
