Chapter i. General provisions § 1. Work area 1.
This regulation applies to all applicants for all education at Kristiania University College on bachelor's and master's level. The regulation applies on for students who have gained admission to and is a participant in the study, program and single courses, including internal courses and non-studiepoenggivende course as far as it is appropriate. § 2. Definitions credits: measure of the scope of work in the study: 60 credits is equivalent to a one-year course of study full time. 
Study: A study run consisting of several topics. 
Study plan: Describes a course of study, goals, content and how the topics are included. 
Topics: make up the smallest study unit and all topics will have the scale measured in credits. 
Topic description: Describes the learning objectives, prior knowledge, organization, scope, ways of working, the assessment arrangements, subject, responsible, recommended reading and curriculum in a subject. 
Subject group: an integrated collection of topics through the study plan is set up to make a combined unit. 
Examination/assessment: Formal trial of students ' knowledge and skills, where the result will be included in the diploma or be integrated into a grade on the diploma. 
Deferred exam: For students who had valid absence at the ordinary exam. 
Kontinuasjonseksamen: For students who want to improve a grade, not ordinary that exam or consisted had not valid absence at the ordinary exam. 
The education plan: agreement on the plan for the implementation of the study signed between Norwegian School of Kristiania and the individual student. 
Work requirements: requirements that need to be approved before the student can misrepresent themselves to examination. The result may not be included in the final grade on the subject.

Chapter II. Recording section 3. Capture frames the Board determines the recording frame for the individual course of study.

§ 4. General admission requirements 1.
For admission to all studies at the Norwegian School of Kristiania required general admission or equivalent, set out in the common regulations for admission to universities and colleges. CF. UH-law § 3-6.

§ 5. Specific entry requirements to study at master's level General admission requirements set out in section 3 and section 5 of the regulation on the requirements for the master's degree in addition to the General admission requirements as stated in the regulations for admission to higher education. Foreign applicants must document the Norwegian and English skills described in the regulation on the admission to the higher education section 2-2 Foreign education.
In addition, the following special admission requirements (minimum requirements) for admission to the master on-campus Kristiania:-Min. 15 stp. in market subjects-Min. 7.5 stp. in method subjects-Min. 7.5 stp. in the General subject-Min. GPA on 3.5, where A = 5, B = 4, C = 3, D = 2, E = 1.

In addition, the following special admission requirements (minimum requirements) for admission to the experience-based master:-Professional practice in the field of marketing on a minimum of two years. CV, testimonials and references must be attached to application as documentation. section 6. Recording as the subject student people can have the opportunity to follow the teaching and take the exam in the subjects with available capacity, as the subject student. By subscribing to the individual topics will the applicant be considered after the current entry requirements, and the outcome of the assessment be notified to the applicant in writing. Subject students must pay the fee to follow instruction and take the exam.

section 7. Application deadlines application deadline for admission to studies at the Norwegian School of Kristiania follows the national recording deadlines as indicative only. Campus Kristiania can depart from national recording deadlines as long as the number of study places implies this.

section 8. Recording an applicant who accepts the offer of study space on a course of study, within the specified time limit return a signed contract. Move from study space must be made in writing within the prescribed time limit in the contract.

§ 9. The application and documentation application for admission takes place after the current application procedure. section 11. Content in the topic description each topic should have a scope of at least 7.5 credits. Topic description sets out the subject's name, subject, responsible, semester it is conducted, scope, prerequisites, objectives for the topic, organizing and working forms in the topic, evaluation form, recommended/required literature.
All topic descriptions to be released both in Norwegian and English.

§ 12. The determination of the study and subject descriptions University approve study plan for study in connection with the establishment of the new studies. Chapter IV. Study right, leave, educational plan and study this year's length section 13. Study and study progression 1.

section 14. Leave of absence students may apply a leave of absence from the study due to pregnancy, for completing compulsory military/civil service or other weighty reason. Application deadline is 1. June and leave of absence is granted normally only for one year. By completely different case can leave be granted beyond this.

section 15. Educational plan 1.
A student who is admitted to the 2-year-old and 3-year-old studies or more by the Norwegian School of Kristiania, should have an educational plan for their course of study in the form of an agreement entered into between the student and Campus Kristiania. The education plan should specify the parties ' most important rights and obligations. The education plan is confirmed by the student at the start of each semester. § 21. Criteria to go up to the exam 1.

2. If the special work requirements, for example, approved mandatory task or compulsory attendance, is a prerequisite for the student can move up to the exam, should such criteria be set out in the topic description.

3. to make the step up to the exam, the student must be registered within the time limits laid down.

§ 22. Oppmelding to exam students with contract is being oppmeldt to the mainstream exams when the student itself has approved both the education plan and topics on the Student Web. Kontinuasjonseksamen see section 27.

§ 23. Moves from the examination a student who wishes to withdraw from the exam that they automatically are oppmeldt in, can do this within 15. September for the fall semester and 15. February for the spring semester. The who retires after this deadline, and if applicable, under/in the exam Hall get registered "not met". Students who get registered "not met", has used an exam attempt.
A student who wishes to withdraw from an exam, must withdraw from all the reviews in the topic, and not just a part of the assessment. This is done through the Student Web.
A student who has signed up of examination within the time limit, can even sign up up at the next annual exam without having to pay for this. A student who has sick leave or other valid absence can take the deferred exam. This offer is only valid at the first new enforcement opportunity, if not the student must retake.

section 24. Exam and assessment forms Current exam and assessment forms should be set out in the topic description. The exam can be individual or group-based. See the Faculty/Department's examination regulations.

§ 25. Accessible exam 1.
Students who have permanent need for special arrangements in connection with the examination, must apply for facilitated exam within 15. September for the fall semester and within 15. February for the spring semester. Students who receive the urgent need for facilitated examination must apply for this as soon as possible after the need arises. Accessible exam can be given to candidates who are documenting disabilities, pregnant women in need of rest, mothers who are breastfeeding, etc.

2. Students with Norwegian as a foreign language can search the College to get the answer the exam questions in English. For Nordic citizens can also Swedish and Danish can be used.

§ 26. The number of attempts for exams a student has the opportunity to represent themselves to the exam in the same subject, a maximum of three times. In special cases, exemption from graduation give responsible three-time rule. § 27. Deferred exam and kontinuasjonseksamen 1.
A student who had valid absence by a take-home, can get extended time limit or the ability to go up to the postponed exam. Valid absences by end exam gives the student the right to go up to the postponed exam. Valid absences are absences due to documented illness or other documented, compelling absence reason. A student who wants to improve a character/that are not met on the ordinary exam/not carried out take-home or pulled during or after the time limit by the last regular examination, can go up to kontinuasjonseksamen. The student will have to take up again the part of the assessment as he/she wants to improve/not met to/not have completed/not passed or resigned from the.

2. The curriculum by subject exam/kontinuasjonseksamen will be the corresponding topic description by most mainstream implementation.

3. The deadline for oppmelding and sign off to the kontinuasjonseksamen is 10. July for fall semester and 1. February for the spring semester section 28. The approval of the individual topics a student can get an exemption for the examination when it can be documented that the equivalent is passed by the Norwegian School of Kristiania or equivalent institution. It can also be granted an exemption on the basis of other relevant exam/test at similar level CF. UH-law § 3-5. Written application must be delivered to the Norwegian School of Kristiania and will be reviewed by the subject responsible or professional responsible for the study. February for the spring semester. If a student gets granted an exemption for the examination, should this arise on the diploma.

section 29. Advisor 1.
Høyskolekollegiet sets out the guidelines for the use of the remote sensor. Remote sensor cannot be employed at the Norwegian School of Kristiania or have had teaching or guidance at the Norwegian School of Kristiania current academic year. Teaching samples shall appoint external sensors at the suggestion of the subject responsible.

3. The rating should be released within 3 weeks (15 working days) after graduation. (Cf. the UH-Act 3-9 section 4.) The rating deadline can be extended for Bachelor thesis to 5 weeks (25 working days).

section 30. Rating scale 1.
The assessment should be the expression by exam pass/fail or letter grade on a graduated scale from A to F, where A is the best character, E is the worst pass mark and F is not passed. The letter grades has the following designation and general description: A Outstanding High level of knowledge. Good analytical ability. Can use the knowledge independently. 
B very good good overview of the field of knowledge. Can use the knowledge independently. 
C Good can do thing for the most important elements in the field. To a certain extent can use knowledge independently. 
D Pretty good overview of the most important knowledge items are missing. Can not use the knowledge independently. 
E Sufficient Performance meets the minimum requirements, but also not more. Can not use the knowledge independently. 
F Not passing is missing both the detail knowledge and overview.

2. If a student has passed the same examination more than once, the best character.

3. When assessing the overall mark on the basis of several part exams, must be passed all of the exams for the student can get the ultimate character.

4. The letter grades are given number values that are used by the determination of the overall mark, to the ranking of applicants. The numeric values are the following: A-5, B-4, C-3, D-2, E-1. The numeric values are calculated with one decimal place as forhøyes to the nearest whole number.

section 31. Grounds for and complain of karakterfast setting 1.

The student has the right to receive a reason for the karakterfast setting. The student must request such grounds within 1 week after the bekjentgjøringen of the character. At the oral examination the student must request the grounds immediately after that the character is supplied. Justification by written exam to be given within 1 week after the deadline for claims about the grounds has gone out. In the rationale should be accounted for the General principles that are added to the reason for the sensureringen and for the assessment of student achievement.

2. Sensors shall be in writing the grounds.

3. a student can complain in writing of the character no later than 3 weeks after the censors are announced, or 3 weeks after the grounds are given. The complaint should be professionally justified. If the student has asked for justification or complained about the formal error in exam running complaint deadline under this section from the student has been given justification or final decision of the appeal.

4. For a complaint on the karakterfast setting on a group task, all those who are in the group agree to and sign the complaint. The result of the complaint proceedings apply to all in the group.

5. at the complaint of karakterfast setting will be graded examination of two new sensors, of which at least one external examiner. 6. Evaluation of oral performance can not be appealed.

section 32. Complain of formal errors by exam 1.
A student who has been up to the exam can complain of formal errors within 3 weeks after he or she is or should be familiar with the conditions that justify the complaint. The appeal is decided by the appeal examiners at the Norwegian School of Kristiania 2.

section 33. Cheating 1.
That cheating is considered fraudulent actions or conditions that aim to acquire/or give unjustified advantage upon graduation. That cheating is considered also conditions that aim to gain unwarranted access to exam content prior to exam time and attempts at change of the task upon completion of exam time.

2. Overview of allowed utilities to be always examination paper, and the use of other utilities than those listed is considered cheating.

3. At-home plagiarism will, copy, copying, without correct use of references/sources be considered as cheating.

4. In the event of suspected cheating/attempted cheating, to the student's attention immediately on suspicion, and that this will be reported. The student can choose whether he or she will complete the exam or not. If the student does not complete and the suspicion later waived, the student will get the new exam.

5. confirmed the suspicion of cheating, involves cancellation of the relevant examination, and the second part examinations in the subject (cf.. UH-law § 4-7 and section 4-8). The candidate must buy the topic again when there is ordinary again.

Chapter VII. Degrees, diplomas and transcript section 35. Degrees-campus Kristiania has the right to award degrees, bachelor and master.

section 36. Requirements for the content and composition of bachelor's degree 1.
To get awarded the bachelor's degree, the student must have passed the topics that together account for at least 180 credits.

2. The requirement of the 180 study points are established in the approved study plans. topic groups, scope, and level.

3. to be issued diplomas must be at least 60 credits that will be included in the degree to be passed by the current faculty/department.

section 37. Requirements for the content and composition of master's degree 1.
The degree of master is achieved on the basis of the master's degree examination consisting of topics corresponding to 120 credits (ECTS) and include an independent work of 30 credits (ECTS) at the Norwegian School of Kristiania jf. section 3 and section 6 of the regulation on the requirements for the master's degree. The contents of the study are described in the study plan.

2. The degree of experience-based master is achieved on the basis of the master's degree examination consisting of topics corresponding to 90 credits (ECTS) and include an independent work of 30 credits (ECTS) at the Norwegian School of Kristiania jf. section 5 and section 6 of the regulation on the requirements for the master's degree. The contents of the study are described in the study plan.

section 38. Transcript students that have completed and passed one or more topics can get the transcript. The transcript should educate people about the subject's name and scope, character of the topic as well as what year and semester grade is achieved.

§ 39. Diploma 1.
Diplomas are issued by complete education/achieved degree. A separate vitnemåls addition, the Diploma Supplement, provides a further description in English of the candidate's education and the Norwegian educational system.

2. To be able to be assigned to master's diploma from the College must have implemented Kristiania the student studies the equivalent of 90 credits for experience-based master, and 120 credits for the master. A minimum of 60 credits must be taken at the Norwegian School of Kristiania. The independent work of 30 study points which are included in the degree and that is mandatory, should be conducted at the Norwegian School of Kristiania.

section 40. Entry into force these regulations take effect 8. August 2012. At the same time repealed regulations 12. October 2005 Nr. 1789 for admission, studies and exams at Norwegian Tourism College and Oslo school.
Teaching samples can give guidelines for the further implementation of the forskriftens frames.
