Adopted by the Board of Hedmark University College 9th June 2016 pursuant to the Act on 1 April 2005 no. 15 relating to Universities and Colleges (Universities and Colleges Act) § 3-9. 7.

Chapter 1 General provisions

§ 1-1. Scope The regulation includes degrees, studies and examinations at Hedmark University College. The Regulations apply to people who sit examinations pursuant 1 April 2005 no. 15, § 10.3, without being admitted as a student. For research, the Act of 16 December 2009 No.. 4921 for the degree of Philosophiae Doctor (PhD) at the University College in Hedmark.
For studies that are subject to national curricula, national curricula supersede this regulation event of a conflict.

§ 1-2. Definitions and terminology


Examination Assessment which includes all types of testing that provides the basis for determining the grade in a subject, either by the result to be included on a diploma or transcript, or as part of an overall grade on a diploma or transcript.

Subject
Minimum credit-carrying unit.

Course description
Description ia content, scope, learning, teaching and working methods, work requirements, prerequisites and assessment in a subject. Course descriptions are part of the curriculum.

Subject group
Approved combination of subjects through a curriculum is defined to constitute one unit.


Exemption Exemption from an examination on the basis of another suitable examination or test or documented prior learning.


Crediting Passed courses, subjects, examinations or tests from other universities and colleges for further rules accommodated in the university college study.

Act
With the law in this context Act of 1 April 2005. 15 Universities and Colleges.


Privatistskole private candidate is the one who under the provisions of § 3-10 set themselves up for examination at the College without being admitted as enrolled in the course or program of study at the college.


Curriculum Plan that through regulation establishes a framework for a program of study.

Competent authority
Doctor or equivalent body with authority to sick leave or establish diagnosis.

Student
A student is undergoing admission under the Act § 3-6 and § 3-7, are enrolled in courses at the college.


Curriculum Plan which provides detailed description of ia admission requirements, learning outcomes, content and organization of a program. Course descriptions are part of the curriculum. National curriculum review study also as program plans and curricula.

Credits (sp.)
Scope of a subject in college curricula is measured in credits. 60 credits equivalent to one full academic year full time, with standardized workload at 1500-1800 hours for students.


Study A study unit consisting of a collection of threads with superior learning outcomes set out in the curriculum.

Study rights
Rights attached to it to be admitted as a student at the college and possess an active student status. This implies the right to participate in all organized teaching and assessment in accordance with the curriculum and course descriptions of the study program the student is enrolled.

Individual education
Individual agreement between student and college, cf. Act § 4-2, with a plan for implementation of the program of study the student is enrolled. The education plan refers to the laws and regulations governing the relationship between student and college, and provides information on topics and progression in the study program.

Chapter 2. Degrees

§ 2-1. Degrees and professional training The college can award degrees and vocational training in accordance with the Regulation of 16 December 2005 no. 1574 relating to degrees and professional diplomas, protected titles and nominal study at universities and colleges.


§ 2-2. Requirements for the degree of Bachelor
1.
The bachelor's degree is obtained on the basis of examinations in courses, course groups or study of 180 credits. The foundation of the degree will include one of the following:

A)
Integrated education, vocational training or study program of 180 credits in accordance with the approved curriculum.

B)
Integrated vocational training or study program, successfully completed, the minimum 120 credits, combined with study, completed and passed, by a minimum of 60 credits.

C)
Three-year education of 180 credits which satisfy the following conditions:

Specialization Unit: specialization in subjects of minimum 80 credits. In recess must include topics that build on each other, and the scope of supplementary courses must be at least 20 credits.

-
Width Unit: Further subject, course group or study program of minimum 30 credits.

-
Other: Philosophy of science and philosophical topics and / or other independent courses.

Specialization Unit and width unit to be included in the degree must be defined as completed subjects, course groups or study in a curriculum.

2.
Basis of the Bachelor degree must include an independent work of at least 10 credits. The work may be theoretical, practical or artistic nature and can be done individually or in groups.

§ 2-3. Additional designation for the degree of Bachelor Bachelor degree pursuant to § 2-2 a) specified gradens academic content of diplomas as follows:

Bachelor degree pursuant to § 2-2 b), indicating the degree's academic content of diplomas as follows:

Curriculum-based programs may differ from the provision. Additional designation is determined by establishing the study.

§ 2-4. Requirements for the Master's degree requirements for the content and scope of the Master stated in national regulations on 1 December 2005 no. 1392 regarding requirements for master's degree.

§ 2-5. Additional designation for the degree of master For obtained master's degree awarded is indicated academic content of diplomas as follows:
Master in
Master of, or Master's Degree in.

§ 2-6. Affiliation Requirements for awarding degree For issuance of certificates for completed degree or professional training, a minimum of 60 of the credits included in the basis of the degree or vocational training, be taken at Hedmark University College.

§ 2-7. Crediting, exemptions and overlap
1.
A student may have credited passed courses, subjects or examinations in accordance with the Act § 3-5, when there is evidence that academic standards are met. Application for credit must be submitted in writing within one month of the course start-up, and must contain the necessary documentation of the scope and content of the topic / subject / exam that will be credited.

2.
The college considers applications for credit and applications for exemption based on a recommendation from the relevant scientific community.

3.
Normally not credited subtopics or exams, and it is not usually given exemption subtopics or exams.

4.
Not granted twice for the same academic content within the same degree. By overlapping academic content between courses, course groups or study programs which form the basis of a degree, the overall study score is reduced by the number of credits overlapped equals.

5.
Exemption exam in a course shall appear on the diploma and transcript of remarks about the basis for exemption.

6.
Upper secondary school level does not give grounds for exemption from an examination at the college.

§ 2-8. Prerequisites for the allocation of new degree Upon crediting of education who have previously made the basis of a given degree or as part of a degree or professional training, the student must sit for a minimum of 60 new credits can be assigned to a new degree from University College in Hedmark. When allocating new masters have the new credits include another master than the one entered in the basis of the previously assigned level.

Chapter 3. Studies

§ 3-1. Study Portfolio
1.
Board approves annually the studies included in the college's overall program of study.

2.
Board approves establishment of studies of more than 60 credits.

3.
Cases that involve the creation or closure of fields or other significant changes in student portfolio will be considered by the Board.

4.
Rector approves the establishment of courses of 60 credits or less.

5.

All studies must meet the applicable requirements for the accreditation of studies established by NOKUT, and prepared in accordance with process descriptions and procedures in the college's quality.

§ 3-2. Curricula
1.
Rector establishes curricula with course descriptions for all studies at the college.

2.
Rector approves changes to already approved curricula.

3.
Curricula should be designed in accordance with the National Qualifications Framework and relevant national legislation, and prepared in accordance with process descriptions and procedures in the college's quality.

§ 3-3. Changes in curriculum and course descriptions changes to the program or course descriptions shall not enter into force before the new academic year.

§ 3-4. Education Plans
1.
Will be prepared individual education among college and university students who are admitted to studies of 60 credits or more. The education plan shall contain provisions concerning the college's responsibilities and obligations to the student and the student's obligations towards HUC and fellow students.

2.
Education plan must be set up so that the student can complete the planned program of study or the nominal study time as full-time or part-time student.

3.
Education plan may be amended by agreement between the college and the student.

4.
Education plan must be accepted by the student each semester within the specified deadlines.

§ 3-5. The academic year Rector stipulates teaching assignment for the academic year.

Chapter 4. Admission and leave

§ 4-1. Study rights
1.
Who has accepted an offer of admission retains the right to study in 50% of time beyond normal study, and at least one year. The college may, upon application by the student in special cases, extend the right to study further. In such cases, the College has the possibility to limit the rights that come with extended right to study. In time limit does not include deferred studies and temporary suspension from the institution.

2.
When a student does not complete within the normal time, and in the meantime made substantial changes in the curriculum or program of study / course is discontinued, the right to complete the original curriculum in one year after the amendment became effective.

3.
Student must pay tuition, approve education plan (normally for studies of 60 credits or more) and / or register every semester within the deadline.

4.
Student may lose the right to study in a study program he / she is admitted in the following cases:

A)
student has exceeded the prescribed limit for the nominal and extended time.

B)
student has used their attempts to examinations or practical training according to curriculum or syllabus or these regulations.

C)
The student is not on leave and have not taken and passed the exam during the last academic year.

5.
Study automatically revoked when:

A)
student confirms that he / she withdraws from the study program.

B)
studies have been completed and diploma / transcript is issued.

C)
Students do not pay tuition, do not approve of their education and / or do not register within the given deadlines.

6.
Who has lost the right to study for this section no. 4 a) and c), may apply for admission to the program, and must relate to the curriculum.

§ 4-2. Leave of absence is not normally granted leave until the student has completed 30 credits or more. It granted normally leave for up to one year. The college may grant leave for more than one year at the instance of birth, adoption, military or civil service, illness or other special reasons.

Chapter 5. Examination

§ 5-1. General information about the assessment
1.
All assessment is to ensure that each student achieves a satisfactory academic level in accordance with established learning outcomes descriptions, and will usually include an individual testing of the student.

2.
Which examinations will form the basis for grading, determined by the college through the program and course descriptions, and otherwise by the Ministry in curricula.

3.
When using part examinations, the study plan and course descriptions of the assessment carried out and how the final grade.

4.
By written exam supervised the examination normally have the following scope:

Even 10 credits up to 4 hours

-
For 11 to 30 credits up to 6 hours

-
More than 30 credits up to 8 hours.

Size of home examination, group exam and digital exam is assessed separately.

Examination papers should always be original, independent and individual work, unless it is evident from the statement that the general rule may be waived. The answer, or part thereof, shall not have been used previously for the examination or assessment at other institutions.

6.
Examinations are normally in the same semester in the course ends.

7.
Exam can only be taken on the spot that the college determines.

§ 5-2. The right to take the exam
1.
Students who are admitted under applicable admission to a course or program of study at the college, and who have paid the semester fee and registered, have the right to sit the examinations and tests that are part of the program of study or topic.

2.
Students who are admitted to a program of study for one year (60 sp.) Or more, must endorse their individual education to sit for the exam.

3.
People who meet the general and any specific entrance requirements and other requirements to take the exam, have the right to take the exam for further regulations (Act § 3-10). HUC decides whether the conditions for taking the examination have been met.

4.
Academy may establish mandatory work requirements, requirements for mandatory teaching and practice or requirements that certain examinations or tests, as required to take the exam. Information about this should be stated in the curriculum and course descriptions. Students who do not meet these requirements are not entitled to sit for the exam and will be automatically deregistered from actual exams

§ 5-3. Mandatory work
1.
Students who have not received approval for a compulsory assignment, get a new trial where this is feasible. Students who have not complied with the submission deadline and not gotten postponement due to illness or other compassionate grounds, will not be eligible to make another attempt until the next time the course is completed.

2.
If the mandatory work requirement for disqualification based on evaluation of academic content, this can be appealed by second-time delivery or completion, assuming that the content can be verified. Otherwise the principles of complaint pursuant to § 6-5.

3.
Mandatory work assessed as approved / not approved and does not count in the credits.

§ 5-4. Registration for examinations
1.
Registration for examinations must take place before 1 October in the autumn semester and 1 March in the spring, if the college has set another deadline. Examinations is normally the approval of the education for studies of 60 credits or more.

2.
Each student is responsible for ensuring that he / she is registered for the examination within specified deadlines. The college may in special circumstances, upon application, deviate from the deadlines. Exemptions may be granted in cases where a student has been ill or other unforeseen obstacles that made it impossible for the student to sign up before the deadline, and this is documented.

3.
A student who is registered for an examination, you have the opportunity to withdraw. Cancellations must be received by the college later than 2 weeks before the exam date.

§ 5-5. An exam
1.
A student has the right to sit the exam at the college in the same subject, or equivalent courses, three times.

2.
It is considered examination attempts when the student

Not deliver exam paper within the specified deadline

Meetings on examination and withdraw during the examination

Get their examination annulled because of cheating or attempting to cheat.

3.
In special cases, the college grant dispensation for a fourth attempt on application from the student. The college has in such cases the possibility to establish specific requirements and the timing of when a fourth and final examination attempt must be executed.

4.
If a thesis is assessed as failed, the revised thesis submitted for assessment once more, at the agreed time.

5.
It is not permissible to submit new or revised thesis for new assessment when the first task is considered a passing grade.

6.
Other major independent work (bachelor thesis, specialization assignment, project, etc. with own designed issue) can be delivered to censorship once again, in a revised version and at the agreed time, when the work is assessed as failed or when work is assessed as passed and student wishes to improve his character.

7.

If a student due to illness or strong welfare reasons must cancel their practice period, required documentation from the appropriate authority. Such documentation must be submitted to the campus or sent postmarked with the date and signature as soon as possible and no later than three working days after the practice is canceled. Where the college approves interruptions in practice because of illness or strong welfare reasons, this will not count as one attempt.

8.
For Fail practice should be given to practical training period once. The number of attempts are two, unless otherwise provided in the regulations of the national curriculum.

§ 5-6. A re
1.
University College may decide that it should be held continuation of admission for students who have not passed the exam or who have legitimate absence from the ordinary examination.

2.
As legitimate absence from the exam is regarded illness or strong welfare reasons. These conditions shall be documented. Documentation from the appropriate authority shall be submitted to the campus or sent postmarked with the date and signature as soon as possible and no later than three working days after the examination.

3.
Students who have not met for regular examinations and can not document valid absence, have no opportunity to present themselves to the continuation.

4.
Event there re-examination is also an opportunity for students who want to improve their exam results.

5.
A re may have a different form than the ordinary exam.

6.
When a student has graduated again, the best grade.

§ 5-7. Access to take the exam, etc. as a private
1.
An external candidate is person as described in § 1-2.

2.
Access to examination may be denied pursuant to § 3-10. 2 if candidate has not attended required courses or completed required practice.

3.
Candidates must register for the exam, and possibly apply for approval of prerequisites or practice, within the set deadlines: 1 September in the autumn semester and 1 February in the spring semester, if not the college has set another deadline. Documentation of admission for the study that exam applies must submit registration. HUC decides whether the conditions for registration are met.

4.
The rights of external candidates are limited to following public lectures and examinations in accordance with the law.

5.
Candidates must pay the examination fee in accordance with the decision of the Board. The examination fee must be paid within a specified deadline. Candidates who have not paid the examination fee within the deadline, has not admitted to the examination.

6.
Candidates must in addition to the examination fee to pay tuition in accordance with the provisions of the law on student welfare regulations.

7.
Exam fee and tuition will not be refunded if the external candidate withdraws from the examination.

§ 5-8. Special examination
1.
Students who for medical or other reasons need special arrangements at the practical implementation of the examination must submit an application for this deadline for registration for the examination. In the event of acute needs, exceptions can be made from this rule. The application must include documentation from the appropriate authority and describe special arrangements required for the examination. It should normally apply for each examination period but if the special arrangement is permanent in nature, exceptions can be made from this.

2.
The arrangements may include physical adaptations, the use of special aids and / or extended examination time. Examples of special examination arrangements: Designated examination room, use of PC, except for the use of PC, help, dictionary, read aloud by the task, read aloud by answering for correction, recording and registration of assignment, special chair, special tables, extra breaks with the opportunity to rest , breaks for breastfeeding.

3.
In special cases it may be facilitated with alternative examination. Such adaptations shall not result in the reduction of the academic requirements for that topic.

4.
Written exam with supervision may be extended by up to 25% of normal examination. Unsupervised examinations assessed separately, although a maximum of 48 hours additional time.

5.
Students with dyslexia or other reading / writing disabilities may if they wish, marked exam paper or added by an anonymous certificate confirming this.

6.
Students with another mother tongue than Norwegian will not normally get extended examination time, but can if they wish, marked exam paper or added by an anonymous certificate verifying that mother tongue.

7.
The college will decide whether and what type of facilitation granted. This arrangement shall not lead to a reduction in academic standards.


§ 5-9. Use of Aids at Supervised Examination HUC determines which aids may be used for examination. Overview of permissible aids shall be available at semester and be included in the semester / curricula and the front of the examination papers.

Chapter 6. Grading, censorship and complain

§ 6-1. Grading
1.
The grading system for examinations, tests, evaluation of papers or other assessments will be one of the following two options:

A)
Pass / Fail

B)
Subdivided letter grades from A to F, where E is the lowest passing grade according to the following table:

performance meets the minimum criteria, but no more. The candidate shows little judgment and independence.

F
Fail
performance that does not meet the minimum academic requirements. The candidate demonstrates an absence of both judgment and independent thinking.

2.
It developed assessment guidelines for each exam.

3.
Letter grades are equivalent values: A = 5, B = 4, C = 3, D = 2, E = 1, F = 0. Numbers are used for calculation of the final grade when multiple exams are to be included or once more subject results shall be included in an overall final grade for a course. It used common rounding rules.

Scale Pass / Fail should be applied in practice topics and subjects of similar nature.

6.
About the grading system used for the various examinations, tests or assignments, stipulated in curricula and course descriptions.

7.
Rules for calculating the final grade in a course consisting of several exams, determined in curriculum and course descriptions.

8.
When oral used as adjusting assessment of a written examination, the oral examination adjust the grade on the written exam only one character up or down.

§ 6-2. Grading Schemes
1.
Students' knowledge, skills and general competence to be assessed in an impartial and academically sound. The assessment shall ensure the professional level by the relevant study program.

2.
Academy appoints external examiners, usually for four-year terms. External examiners must not be employed by the institution (comprising all the faculties) or linked to the institution as Lecturer in as an external examiner. Guest lecturers is greatly limited as external examiner. External examiners must not have had involvement as Lecturer in the topics for examination cohort of college.

3.
Use of external examiners should benefit all the candidates good. External sensor can be used on a fixed part of the essay in a subject at large litters. This assessment is then used for grading of the other papers.

4.
External examiners must always written examination given topic be presented with the proposed task text and censorship guidelines for assessment and approval. This applies even if they may not be participating in the assessment of the exams.

5.
Scope of censorship:

A)
There shall be two sensors on the oral examination and other examinations that are not testable.

B)
There should be two sensors on bachelor work and another major work on undergraduate level, one external.

C)
There should always be at least two examiners, of whom at least one external assess students' independent work in higher degree.

D)
In other exams should be in addition to the internal examiner annually external examiner at least 1/3 of the courses, in such a way that all topics during a three-year period receive external assessment.

E)

By reassessing after complaint cf. Act § 5-2. 2 and § 5-3 no. 4, at least two examiners, of whom at least one external. Change can be both in favor and disfavour. By reassessing the examiners do not get original character examiner's explanation for this or student's grounds for complaint.

6.
If internal and external examiners can not agree on the assessment of an answer, determines external examiner.

7.
If the subject teacher and mentor / practice supervisor at the practice in the assessment of clinical studies, joins the program coordinator / program coordinator as third examiner.

8.
The external evaluation shall be the assessment or assessment arrangements. External sensor can be used to evaluate curricula, teaching and / or assessment arrangements.

§ 6-3. Grading limits and disclosure of censorship
1.
The deadline is 18 working days from the day of the examination or submission date for project work / home examination / portfolio assessment. Saturday is regarded as working days.

2.
By reassessing as a result of a complaint or replace the sensor, the deadline is calculated from the date the new examiner is appointed.

3.
Board can make exceptions for specific examinations and may in temporary regulations provide extended deadline if it is not possible to obtain the number of qualified examiners required to complete the marking of 18 working days.

4.
The deadline for theses is six weeks.

5.

§ 6-4. Justification of grades
1.
A student has the right to get an explanation of the grading of their performance. At oral examinations or assessments of practical skills, a request for explanation immediately after notification of the mark. For other evaluation request for an explanation, if the candidate receives notification of character electronically and can submit a request for explanation similarly, be submitted within a week after the result was announced. For other means of notification, a request for explanation must be made within one week after the candidate learns of the mark, however, never more than three weeks after the result was announced.

2.
Explanation shall normally be given within two weeks after the student has been lodged there. In explanation shall state the general principles that are the basis for the evaluation of student achievement. Explanations may be given orally or in writing examiner. The examiners decide jointly who shall provide justification.

§ 6-5. An appeal
1.
An appeal must be lodged in writing within three weeks after the examination result has been announced. If a student has requested an explanation for the grade or complained of procedural errors, time limit for appeals from student has received the explanation or decision on the appeal against formal errors. In courses with exams right to complain runs from the date the examination results for each midterm is announced.

2.
Claim for a complaint based on group examinations, all members of the group must agree and sign the petition.

3.
Assessment of oral performance and practical training or other assessments which due to their nature can not be controlled, can not be appealed (cfr. § 5-3 no. 5).

4.
Appeals assessment must be made within the same time limits as the regular examination after the complaint examiner is appointed. Change can be both in favor and disfavour. Marks awarded following re-marking pursuant to this paragraph (§ 5-3 no. 6 of the Act) may not be appealed.

5.
If final grade is determined on the basis of an oral test in conjunction with a written midterm and grading decision on the written part of the exam is changed, a new oral test before the final grade is determined.

§ 6-6. Complaints against procedural errors
1.
Complaints against procedural errors are dealt with by the college under the provisions of § 5.2. Formal errors may be errors in examination questions, the examination or upon completion of censorship.

2.
Complaints regarding procedural errors must be lodged within three weeks after the student is or should have been aware of the circumstances justifying the complaint. If a request for explanation of or appeal against a mark been submitted, the deadline for appeals from student receives the explanation or the decision of the appeal.

3.
Finds college that it is committed procedural errors, and it is reasonable to assume that this may have affected one or more students' achievement or evaluation of this will be carried out a new assessment or hold a new examination as soon as possible.

4.
College's Appeals Committee appealed decisions about formal examination errors.


Chapter 7. Cheating, annulment and exclusion

§ 7-1. Cheating and plagiarism
1.
Cheating exists when a student acts in breach of these regulations or guidelines for the examination and the examination procedure.

By cheating or attempting to cheat in exams is considered among others .:

Having illegal aids during examinations

Presenting someone else's work as their own

-
Quoting sources or otherwise utilize sources in written work without sufficient references

Quoting or otherwise use treasury previous examination work without sufficient references

Having gained admission to examination by having cheated in the sample and the like conditions to take the exam or by the incorrect basis to have received approval for participation by required courses or other compulsory activities

Having participated in an illegitimate relationship between candidates or groups.

A student may be considered to have cheated or attempted to cheat from the time the examination or test has begun. Examinations or tests are normally considered to be initiated when the task text is delivered or problem formulation approved. If implemented control of permissible aids before the question papers have been disclosed, considered the examination commenced when the examination candidate has submitted his aids control. For portfolio examinations or other forms of examination where a student receives professional guidance on a provisional answer, considered the examination commenced when the first draft of responses is provided for guidance.

If during an examination supervised situations arise where a student is suspected of cheating, the student will immediately be informed that the incident will be reported to the administration for further action. The student will then be able to choose to cancel or continue the exam. The same applies to students who have contributed to cheating, ref. No. 6.

If the grading of individual examination proves that two or more answers are clearly based on the same original work or have the same writer or largely common disposal or material content, it is considered cheating for all those involved.

References on all the sources, including their own work, must be stated. Copying without attribution is considered cheating, regardless of the source.

Candidates who intentionally complicit in cheating will also be considered to have cheated, regardless of examination.

7.
With group examinations are all participants in the group responsible for all content of the paper, the product or performance.

§ 7-2. Annulment and exclusion

Cheating and Attempted Cheating considered under § 4-7 and § 4-8. This also applies to willful participation.

College's Appeals Committee may decide on the annulment of the examination and / or exclusion as a result of cheating or attempting to cheat.

Students get annulled exam due to cheating or attempting to cheat, is only able to sit the regular examination. By annulment of an examination due to cheating or attempting to cheat, you all approved compulsory work requirements which formed the basis for registration for the examination in the appropriate topic canceled. An examination which are canceled pursuant to this section counts as one attempt.

Students may be expelled from the institution and deprived of the right to sit examinations at other higher education institutions for up to a year as a result of cheating or attempting to cheat, cf. Act § 4-8.

Chapter 8. Diplomas and transcripts

§ 8-1. Diplomas
1.
Students who complete a vocational qualification or achieve a degree will receive a diploma and Diploma Supplement in English (Diploma Supplement). If the total program is conducted at several educational institutions, considered in each case which institution shall issue a certificate, cf. Regulations § 2-6.

Students who have completed courses that do not add up to a diploma will receive a transcript of records.

3.
Diplomas for completed degree must indicate the grounds for awarding the degree. Only those courses included in the degree, shall appear on the diploma.

4.
Certificate shall contain general information about the degree program of study aims, content and organization, as well as description of learning outcomes.

5.
It issued only one diploma student for each study program that provides a basis for the diploma. If a student after completing the program of study presents a new examination in a subject that may affect the character of the original diploma, documented this with transcript.

When it comes to recycling education and affiliation requirements for issuing of diplomas, Regulations of 10 April 2006 no. 412 on recognition of higher education, established by the Ministry of Education, as well as these Regulations § 2-7.

In special cases where it can be proved or probable that a diploma is lost, it may, upon application, to have a duplicate without returning the original diploma, after the determined fee.

If a student has completed a study program and complaints of a grade in a course, a diploma will not be issued until the appeal is decided. If a certificate is issued, the appeal against the grading not be processed until the student has returned diploma.

Bachelor degree pursuant to § 2-2, subsection 1 paragraph b) and c) are issued diplomas upon application by the student. The applicant must certify that the requirements are met at the time of application, ref. § 2-2.

10.
Certificate issued in Indonesia or in Norwegian. For English-language study programs issued diplomas in English. The college does not translate diplomas.

Chapter 9. Supplementary regulations and entry into force

§ 9-1. Exemption Applications for exemption from the regulations are decided by the college.

§ 9-2. Supplementary regulations

HUC may decide supplementary provisions, rules and guidelines to these regulations.

Information provided on the college's website, StudentWeb or LMS deemed given to the student.

§ 9-3. Effective regulation enters into force on 15 August 2016.
