In pursuance of the Law of 27 February 1930 No.. 2 on Jan Mayen, § 2, second paragraph, ref. Act of 17 July 1925. 11 § 4, the following laws applicable to the island of Jan Mayen:

Act of March 3, 1961 no. 4 concerning trademarks.

Act of March 3, 1961 no. 5 on collective marks.

Law of 15 December 1967 No.. 9 patents.

4.
Act of 17 April 1970 no. 21 on the right to inventions made by employees.

Act of 29 May 1970 no. 33 on pattern.
