Short Title
regulat. about real circuit mil. criminal cases

Established by the Ministry of Justice on 6 October 1997 pursuant to the Act of 22 May 1981 no. 25 relating to legal procedure in criminal cases § 466. Amended October 11, 2002 No.. 1094 (including the title).

§ 1. Geographical jurisdiction to military criminal cases are heard in wartime by the following courts of first instance, which in these cases have territorial jurisdiction to which stated:
Oslo District Court
active circuit covers Oslo and municipalities Asker, Bærum, Enebakk, Oppegård , Skiing, Ås, Vestby, Frogn and Nesodden in Akershus county.
Eidsvoll District Court
active circuit covers municipalities Eidsvoll, Hurdal, Nannestad, Ullensaker, Bold, Gjerdrum, Lørenskog, Nittedal, Rælingen, Skedsmo, Aurskog-Holand, Nes and Sørum in Akershus county.
Sarpsborg District Court
Geographical jurisdiction to include all municipalities in Østfold county (Fredrikstad, Hvaler, Hobøl, Moss, Rygge, Råde, Våler, Sarpsborg, Skiptvedt, Rakkestad Aremark, Halden, Askim, Eidsberg, Marker, Rømskog, Spydeberg and Trøgstad).
South Østerdal Court
Geographical jurisdiction to include all municipalities in the county of Hedmark (Hamar, Løten, Ringsaker, Stange, Alvdal, Engerdal, Folldal, Rendalen, Stor-Elvdal, Tolga, Os, Tynset, Grue, Våler, Åsnes Elverum, Trysil, Åmot, Eidskog, Kongsvinger, Nord-Odal and South Odal).

Nedenes Court

§ 2. Implementation These regulations come into force on 1 January 1998.
