Short Title
Regulations on collective interests of consumers

Adopted of Children and Family Affairs (now Ministry of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion) 20 December 2001 pursuant to the Act of 16 June 1972. 47 concerning the control of marketing and contract terms (Marketing Act) § 9e subsection .
Added basis: Act on 9 January 2009 No.. 2 concerning the control of marketing and contract terms etc. (Marketing Act) § 44 fourth paragraph.

§ 1. Provisions covered by Directive 2009/22 / EC relating to the removal of prohibitions with regard to the protection of consumer interests (prohibition Directive) for the protection of consumers' collective interests, the Marketing Control Act § 45 adopted prohibiting acts contrary to these provisions :
