SECTION 1. Law's purpose

The law shall ensure that intelligent transport systems within vegan transport and for interfaces against other transport forms shall work coordinated and coherent.

Part Article SECTION 2. Scope

The law applies to ITS applications and services within vegan transport and their interfaces against other transport shapes within the ELS area. The law applies to Svalbard in the extent that the King decides.

The law does not apply to matters that involve national security or that are necessary for defense purposes.

Part Article SECTION 3. Definitions

In this law, means :

a)	intelligent transport systems (ITS) : systems for the Applicability of Information and communication technologies for vegan transport, herunder infrastructure, vehicles and users, and within traffic management and mobility management, as well as for interfaces against other transport shapes,

b)	ITS Application : a practical tool for the applicability of ITS,

c)	ITS service : The performance of an ITS application within a well-defined organizational and operating-wise frame with aim to increase user's safety, efficiency and comfort and / or simplify or undersupport the transport and travel,

d)	interface : The device between systems that enable the connection and communication between the systems,

e)	contemporary ability : the ability systems and underlying business processes have to exchange data and share information and knowledge,

f)	continuity : the ability to ensure seamless services,

g)	compatibility : a guideline or a systems general ability of without changes to work together with any other device or a different system,

h)	ITS user -all users of ITS applications or services, herders passengers, soft traffic, users and operators of road transport infrastructure, carriage-steers and operators of rescue services.

Part Article SECTION 4. Requirements of ITS applications and services

The Ministry establishes the regulation of the requirements for compatibility, contemporary ability and continuity of which ITS applications and services shall fulfill.

Part Article SECTION 5. Access

The Ministry decides which authority to conduct supervision of regulations given in or in the co-hold of the law here. The Ministry of Health can in regulation give rules about the regulatory activity of the Ministry of Health.

Part Article SECTION 6. Replacement liability

The Ministry of Justice can in regulation regulating questions about replacement liability by the introduction of ITS applications and services.

Part Article SECTION 7. Prescription

The Ministry can provide regulations for padding and review of the law, as well as make exceptions from this one.

Part Article SECTION 8. Istrontrecation

The law takes effect immediately, unless the King decides that the whole or parts of the law shall take effect at a later time.

The law does not obtain the Applicability of vehicles that are type-known or applied before the law of law enforcement, unless the King decides that the law nonetheless shall obtain the Applicability of such vehicles. The king can give closer transition rules if the law is given the Applicability of vehicles as mentioned in the first period.
