Section 1.Organized competition, display, or fitness game where knockout is allowed, can only take place after approval by the King. By knockout, a participant must disrupt the fight due to the shock of the head.
In the assessment of whether approval should be provided, it shall be among other added emphasis on whether the combat activity in adequate extent takes into account the health and safety of the issue.
The king can determine further safety regulations as an approved combat activity must follow.
Part Article Section 2.With fines or prison for up to three months, it is punishable as without having obtained approval :

arranging, participating, provides financial support to or ask premises at the disposal of combat activity as mentioned in Section 1 first clause, |
2. |
deals with combat activity as mentioned in Section 1 first clause, or |
3. |
do service as a judge or second-person at combat activity as mentioned in Section 1 first clause. |

Part Article Section 3.The law applies here in the realm of the realm, herunder Svalbard.
Part Article Section 4.Law takes effect from the time the King decides.
