SECTION 1. Formal

The purpose of the law is to ensure an offer of basic banking services through the Record Norway AS ' country mail web.

SECTION 2. Offers of basic banking services

The record Norway AS is going through agreement with financial institution offering basic banking services in its country-mail web. With basic banking services, payments and deposits as well as agreed payments and agreed withdrawals. With the land-mail web, mobile expedition units as, as well as regular post-share, dispatch delivery liquidate mail services and basic banking services within its geographical coverage area.

SECTION 3. Taushei-liked

Taushebe liked by law 24 May 1961 # 2 1 about business banks Section 18 applies to the equivalent of employees and auditor of the Record Norway AS when the company performs services for financial institution.

Tausheat-liked imposed in co-hold of law on business banks 1 or other laws are not an obstacle to the mutual exchange of information between the financial institution and the company in the extent that this is necessary for the company's execution of services for the financial institution.
