In law 4. December 1992 No. 132 about the drugs m.v. (The drug law) is made the following changes :
Section 2 new clause should sound :
Pharmaceutication can after application be reclassified into nutritional if :
| a) | The medical center is not issued to be used for prevention, doctor, or alleviate disease, disease symptoms, or pains or affect physiological functions of people, or to by the orthotes or outcard use to present disease, and |
| b) | The applicant documents that it is well-made that the commodity can be sold as nutritional without danger or disadvantage for consumer health. |
Section 2 new third clause should sound :
State pharmaceutical work will overtake the necessary statements from the nutritional authorities and determine whether the documentation requirement in other clauses is met.
Current second, third and fourth joints are new fourth, fifth and sixth joints.
The law applies from the time the King decides. 1
