SECTION 1. Territorial waters and the foundationsNorway's territorial waters consist of sea territory and the inner waters.
The basis lines form the outer boundary of the inner waters and initially for the calculation of the sea territory and the jurisdiction areas outside in accordance with the fold of the fold.

Part Article SECTION 4. Adjacent ZoneAn adjacent zone is created outside of the sea territory. The king determines the timing of the creation of the adjacent zone, and what ocean areas it should include.
In the adjacent zone, it can be taken control of legislation on the toll, tax, immigration and health. The adjacent zone bump up against sea territory and has an outer perimeter located in a distance of 24 nautical miles (44 448 meters) from the nearest point of the baseline.
