Chapter I. Foregoal, Scope and Definitions

SECTION 1. Formal

The purpose of the law is to ensure health care and promote health, quality and consumer consideration along the entire production chain, as well as safeguard environmental friendly production.

The law should further promote good plant and animal health.

The law shall also uphold the regard of the players along the entire production chain, herdunder market access abroad.

SECTION 2. Sakal scope

The law encompasses all conditions in relation to manufacturing, labour and distribution of the stakes and nutrition, herders, herding drinking water. SECTION 8. Training and skills

The business shall ensure that any participating in activity authored by this law has the necessary competence.

SECTION 9. Product approval, content, Assembly and quality

SECTION 11. Sporeability

Chapter III. Special requirements and obligations

Chapter IV. Tax fees, fees, replacement arrangements mv.

SECTION 21. Tax and Fee

The king can in regulations impose payment of fees to cover costs by supervision, control and particular benefits, as the completion of attests and approvals, after this law.

SECTION 22. Replacement for imposed measures against diseases, infectious victims and pest damage to animals and plants

Chapter V. Administrative regulations, sanctions and punishment

SECTION 23. Access and ordinance

The Food Authority leads supervision and can grasp the necessary ordinance for the execution of the provisions given in or in co-hold of this law, herunder ban imports, export and inflow, or impose withdrawal from the market, isolation, deflation, destruction, castration, ribbon posting, marking or special treatment. SECTION 24 Steacher's infectious disease

SECTION 26 Compulsive

SECTION 28. Punishment

Chapter VI. Other provisions

SECTION 29. Establishment of computer relegation

SECTION 31 Compensation arrangements

The king can provide regulations on compensation to facilitate the aftermath of the food law requirements and obligations in primary production.

SECTION 32. Dispatch
