The provisions of the patent law Section 24 other clauses apply only to patents that co-shared after the law stepped into effect. The provisions of the patent law Section 8b and 8c only apply to patent applications that have been filed after the law stepped into effect. The Eastern provisions of the Act here also apply to innovations that are patented or sought patented prior to this point.
