In law 2. June 1989 No. 27 about the turnover of alcoholic beverage m.v. be made the following changes :---

Section 1-7b should sound : 1

In the assessment of whether a person has significant influence on the business, it can also be taken into account the person's close-up influence on the business. With close-standing means

1) spouse or person who the person lives with in the marriage-like relationship
2) relatives in the right uprising or down-rising line, as well as siblings
3) At the assessment of bewilding havers and other people's vancy after the first clause, it cannot be taken into account conditions older than 10 years.

Third clause contains an error aimed at changing alcohol law Section 1-7 b third clause and reintroduction of new fourth clause by law 17 June 2005 No. 59 (ikr. 1 July 2005 ifg. res. 17 June 2005 # 601).
