SECTION 1. Formal

The purpose of this law is to regulate certain transitional issues in relation to the Transform of the Railway Business Unit's Business Unit Service to the stock company.

SECTION 2. Transfer of privatireless obligations

Transfer to the stock market of obligations related to the parts of the Iron Banking's manufacturing business as the reformation applies, has liberating effect for the state.

Formergers and other rights hagants cannot oppose the transfer or make the current that the transfer constitutes a waste-due process for the legal affair.

SECTION 3. Transfer of public rights, consessions, permits mv.

Public rights, consessions, permits with further action regarding the business to be transferred will be from the reformation time transferred to the stock company.

Enregistration in the basic book and other public records in connection with the reformation occurs at name change.
