§ 1. It is forbidden to sell tickets to cultural and sporting events at a higher price than the one on the ticket by the organizer, or as the ticket was first sold. If the ticket is sold through a different player than the organizer on the basis of agreement between the organizer and player, and it is paid a special ticket fee as stated on the ticket, the ticket tax be included in the sale price at resale.

§ 2. The buyer can claim back from the seller that part of a paid fare that exceeds the amount set out in § 1
