Section 1.It is forbidden to sell tickets for culture and sports events at a higher rate than the one that has been inflicted on the ticket from the event's side, or as the ticket first was sold for. If the ticket has been sold through a different editor than the event on the basis of agreement between the event and the editor, and there is paid a particularly billetable license agreement that is set forth by the ticket, the automotive tablet can also be included in the sale price of forward sales.
Part Article Section 2 The buyer may claim back from the seller the share of a paid ticket price that exceeds the amount that follows by Section 1.
Part Article Section 3.The law applies from the time the King determines.
