The law takes effect 1. January 2010.
The change in Section 3-5 and the change in upper age limit in Section 3-15 is given effect for people born from and with 1943. The change in lower age limit in Section 3-15 shall apply for income earned from and by 2010.
The changes in Section 1-4 and in chapter 19 are given effect from 1. January 2011. The Ministry of Justice determines the minimum pension level after Section 19-8 pr. 1. January 2011 Equivalent rates for minimum pension pension after Section 3-4, jf. Section 3-2 and 3-3. Section 20-18 first clauses are given effect from 1. January 2011. In 2010, the pension funds are regulated in accordance with the change in the base amount.
The present Section 19-6 first joints should still apply to people born in 1942 and earlier years.
If people born in 1943 take out and stop retirement in 2010, it will be at new withdrawal from 2011 or later taken into account that it is paid retirement in 2010.
For people born in 1943 that take out retirement in 2010, the ministry is giving rules on how the bill should happen.
For the year of 1943-1949 it will in 2010 be determined relationship figures. The residence shall be determined as indicated in Section 19-6 and 19-7 as these will sound from 1. January 2011.
Section 20-6 is given effect for people who start their first-day service after 31. December 2009.
The Ministry provides regulations on the completion of the rules here, herding about the rebill of retirement for people born even 1942 at increased earnings and change in civil condition mv. after withdrawals.
