§ 1. Purpose

§ 4. Confidentiality Members of the committee and anyone who performs services or work for the committee are bound to secrecy under the provisions of the Public Administration of 10 February 1967 §§ 13 to 13f.
When a person mentioned in the first paragraph receive information subject to stringent confidentiality than that provided by the Public Administration, correspondingly strict confidentiality apply.
Persons mentioned in the first paragraph have confidence information that emerged during a statement to the committee § 2.
Confidentiality as stated in the second and third paragraphs shall not prevent the information disclosed to the extent that has entitled to confidentiality agree, if the information given in statistical form, or if they are generally accessible elsewhere.
Duty of confidentiality after they've completed their service or work and after the committee has completed its operations.
§ 5. Prohibition on the use as evidence in subsequent criminal or civil case information that the Commission receives pursuant to § 2 can not be used as evidence in a subsequent criminal or civil case against the person who provided the information.
§ 6. Commencement etc. §§ 1 to 6 enter into force immediately. § 7 shall enter into force from the date decided by the King, 1 and the individual changes in other laws can be put into force at different times.
