The provisions of the Subsidy Scheme Ministry of Foreign Affairs 2006 As it was stated before the entry into force of this Arrangement, subsidies granted for the entry into force of this scheme and on the application of policy rules published for the entry into force of this Arrangement shall continue to apply and Subsidy fund based on Article 7 of the Subsidy Decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs .

This arrangement shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the State Official Gazette in which it is placed and shall apply for the first time to the provision of grants for the grant period, which shall take effect from 1 January 2011. Starting.
