Having regard to the Articles 6 , 7 and 10 of the Subsidy Decision Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Article 2.4 of the State Aid Scheme for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 2006 ;

Applications for a grant under the Liberation Scholarship Program submitted in the period from the date of entry into force of this Decision until 15 April 2016 may only be eligible for a grant if it relates have been on fellowships for a stay of up to three months.

This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Journal in which it is placed.
