Regulation of the Minister for Health, Welfare and Sport of 21 May 2007, No VGP/PSL 2769921, designating European standards which comply with the general safety requirement of Directive 2001 /95/EC (Warenwetprocedure designation of general safety standards)

The Minister for Health, Welfare and Sport,

Having regard to the Decisions of the European Commission of 13 October 2005 and 20 July 2006 concerning the conformity of certain standards with the general safety requirement of 13 October 2005 and 20 July 2006. Directive 2001 /95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and the publication of its references in the Official Journal (OJ 2005 L 271 and Pb EC 2006 L 200), the communication from the European Commission in the context of the implementation of the Directive 2001 /95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on general product safety (Pb EC 2006 C 171), and Article 18a, second paragraph, of the Warenwet ;

Decision:


Article 1

Compare Versions Save Relationships (...) (External Link) Permanent Link

As standards specified in Article 18a, 1st paragraph, of the Warenwet , are designated the standards mentioned in the Annex of this scheme.

This arrangement shall enter into force from the second day following the day of the Official Journal of the Official Journal in which it is placed.

This arrangement will be set out in the Official Journal.
