The following arrangements shall be repealed:

c. Order of 25 August 1995 by the Secretary of State for Social Affairs and Employment, No RBO/APM/95/01462, setting up a Commission of the Opinion Chair, for example , (Stcrt. 172);
ed. Regulation of 31 January 2000 from the Secretary of State for Social Affairs and Employment, No ARBO/APM/99/78845, amending the Rules on devices under pressure , (Stcrt. 24).
The following arrangements shall be repealed:
a. Regulation of 7 July 1994 of the Minister for Social Affairs and Employment, No ABA/AM/ARV/94/0960, establishing a Research Committee Evaluation Labour Supply Act , (Stcrt. 127);

The Arrangement of 25 November 1985 of the Minister for Social Affairs and Employment, No 85/4508, to the institution of the Commission, statements of letters on the Law on the making available of labour (Stcrt. 237) shall be repealed.
The following arrangements shall be repealed:
e. Regulation of 16 July 1999 of the Minister for Social Affairs and Employment, No A&O/BS/1999/41883 designating a legal person ex Art. 2 Reporting system , (Stcrt. 147).
The following arrangements shall be repealed:
a. Contribution rate 1990 incentive General assistance law ;
b. Contribution scheme 1991 incentive General assistance law ;
c. Contribution from 1991 to intensification of special assistance;
e. Scheme for 1993 incentive General Assistance for assistance .
The following arrangements shall be repealed:
a. Order of 29 June 1987 from the Secretary of State for Social Affairs and Employment, No SZ/BZ/ABB/BZ/87/U/6071/GvdW/RM, providing for the basis of the IOAZ , (Stcrt. 122);
c. Decision of the accounting rules i.o.a.w. and i.o.a.z. transfer of storage premiums .
The following arrangements shall be repealed:
ed. Regulation of 20 December 1991 of the Secretary of State for Social Affairs and Employment, No SZ/SV/T/91/6469, which provides an ex Article 12 of the General Child Allowances Law , (Stcrt. 252);
The Social Insurance Change Scheme 2002 shall be withdrawn.
The Regulation of 22 September 2005 of the Minister for Social Affairs and Employment, No SV/R&S/05/73154 laying down rules on the amount of subsidy to be provided to REA training institutes (TRANSITIONAL REA training institutes) , (Stcrt. 188) shall be repealed.
The following arrangements shall be repealed:
a. Decision of AAW/WAO-with WW-benefit;
b. Decision applying Article 21 of the WW in Decrees Situations;
c. Arrangement of 19 May 1994 of the Minister for Social Affairs and Employment, No 942396, amending the Conditions of Employment did not work-worked hours worked with hours worked (Amendments to the Act of the Act of Law of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 104);
d. Arrangement of 19 May 1994 of the Minister for Social Affairs and Employment, No 942397, amending the Arrangement equal to non-working weeks in the case of weeks worked (Amendments to the Regulation) (Decree laying down rules ex Article 17 Unemployment law), (Stcrt. 105).
The Decision of 26 April 1985 of the Secretary of State for Social Affairs and Employment, No SV/85/1531, granting maximum sickness benefit to sick unemployed persons , (Stcrt. 82) is hereby repealed.
The Sofi-number of public insurance scheme shall be withdrawn.
The following arrangements shall be repealed:

c. Order of 14 March 2001 from the Secretary of State for Social Affairs and Employment, No DCE/01/14820, concerning the publication of the subsidy scheme of the Emancipation Support Scheme 1998 for the year 2001, (Stcrt. 55);

g. Secretary of State for Social Affairs and Employment, of 28 April 2006, No AM/SAM/06/33750, amending the Temporary Incentive Scheme of Learning/Work routes in relation to the declaration of a representative organization of employees, (Stcrt. 87);

The Council Regulation (EC) No 519/2 (2) shall be withdrawn.
The following arrangements shall be repealed:
f. Regulation of 12 December 1997 of the Minister for Social Affairs and Employment, No AM/ARV/97/2028, establishing a Committee of Monitoring 'Objective 3' , (Stcrt. 249);
The Decision of the Organization and the Mandate of the KFD 1994 shall be withdrawn.
The Regulation of 23 October 2001 of the Minister for Social Affairs and Employment, No AV/A&M/2001/60856, amending the Decision on the notification of collective agreements and applications for a general binding declaration (Stcrt. 207) is hereby repealed.
The Regulation of 26 October 2000 by the Minister for Social Affairs and Employment, No PD&I/Beleid/2000/51620, on a mandate to mandate the administration of USZO B.V. (Stcrt. 209) is hereby repealed.
The Scheme of 11 February 2005 of the Secretary of State for Social Affairs and Employment, No ARBO/P&G/2005/9284, as a mandate to the Director-General for Working Conditions and Social Insurance (Stcrt. 35) is hereby repealed.
The Regulation of 19 December 2005 of the Minister for Social Affairs and Employment, No AV/IR/2005/100769a, to grant the compensation to the members of the Working Party on Equal Pay, which works! (Stcrt. 250) is hereby repealed.
The following arrangements shall be repealed:
c. Regulation of 21 June 1994 of the Minister for Social Affairs and Employment, No SZ/BV/SpV/Jd/mv-94/43615, amending the RijksbijdraScheme Job Pools (Stcrt. 121);

This arrangement shall enter into force from the second day following the day of the day of the Official Journal in which it is placed.
