Arrangement of the State Secretary for Health, Welfare and Sport of 20 November 2015, attribute 865199-143565-WJZ, determining as from 1 January 2016 of amounts under the Long-Term Care Decision, the Implementing Decision Wmo 2015 and ten benefit of the transitional right to live protected under the Social Support Act 2015
The Secretary of State for Health, Welfare and Sport,
Having regard to the Articles 3.3.1.7 and 3.3.2.3, first paragraph, part b, below 2 °, of the Decision on long-term care and 3.7 and Article 3.13, first paragraph, part b, below 2 ° of Implementing Decision Wmo 2015 , 6, first paragraph, part b, below 2 ° and 19 of the Contribution Decision and 8.3, sixth Member , and 8.4, second member, of the 2015 Social Support Act ;
Decision:
1 This Article shall apply to the calculation of the contribution to the costs incurred under the Articles 8.3, 6th paragraph , and 8.4, 2nd paragraph, of the 2015 Social Support Act is owed to the college.
2 The in Article 1a, sixth paragraph, of the Contribution Decision Those amounts shall be fixed at: € 10,000.
3 In Article 4, second paragraph, of the Contribution Decision The amount referred to is: € 2,301,40.
4 The in Article 14, first paragraph, of the Contribution Decision Those amounts shall be fixed at: € 159.80 and € 838,60.
5 The Article 15, third and fifth members of the Contribution Decision Those amounts shall be fixed at: € 2,559.
6 The Article 16d, first paragraph, of the Contribution Decision The amount is fixed at: € 14,40.
7 The in Article 16d (b), second paragraph, part a, of the Contribution Decision Those amounts shall be fixed at: € 19,40 and € 22,486.
8 The Article 16d, second paragraph, part b of the Contribution Decision Those amounts shall be fixed at: € 19,40 and € 16,887.

5 The Article 3, first paragraph, part b, of the Contribution scheme, AWBZ Those amounts shall be fixed at: € 1,329 and 4,105,36 and the percentage to be set at 5,40%.
6 The Article 3 (c), part c, of the Contribution scheme, AWBZ Those amounts are fixed at € 1,329, € 1,854.92 and € 4.105.36 and the rate at 5,40%.
