The Minister of Education, Culture and Science,
Having regard to:
• Article 103b, third paragraph, of the Law on Secondary Education ,
Decision:
For the purposes of this arrangement:
a. Accountant statement:
the declaration as intended: Article 14a, second paragraph (c), of the Financing Decision W.V.O. ;
b. Basic register of education:
basic register education as intended Article 24b of the Law on Education Supervision ;
c. competent authority:
the competent authority referred to in Article 1 of the Act and as regards preparatory vocational training in an agricultural training centre intended in Article 1.3.3. of the Education and Vocational Education Act the competent authority referred to in Article 1.1.1, part w, of the Education and Vocational Education Act ;
d. BRIN:
Base Registration Settings;
e. Combination metric:
the average of the final figures of the parts which are based on the Article 50, second paragraph, of the Eindex Decision Respectively Article 26, third paragraph, of the State Examendment of the State shall be identified as the final figure of a single box;
f. the Minister:
the Minister of Education, Culture and Science and, as far as education in the fields of agriculture, natural environment and food, the Minister for Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation;
g. Part-index:
an examination in one or more of the subjects prescribed for the final examination;
h. Final exam:
examination at least in the entirety of the prescribed subjects;
i. examination data:
the detailed specification of the Article 103b, second paragraph, points (a), (c), (d), (f) and (g) of the Act and Article 164a, second paragraph, points (a), (c), (d) and (g), second (k), second l and second metres, of the Law on the centres of expertise the information of an apprentice enrolled in the school participating in an examination;
Registration information:
the detailed specification of the Article 103b, second paragraph (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (h) of the Act The information provided by a student enrolled in the School, with the exception of the specification specified in subparagraph (h), as regards preparatory vocational training in an agricultural training centre intended for Article 1.3.3. of the Education and Vocational Education Act .
k. School year:
the school year referred to in Article 1 of the Financing Decision W.V.O. ;
l. Inspection:
Inspection of Education;
m. social placement:
the social placement, intended in Article 6f of the Act ;
n. profile-examination part:
one of the following test components from which the profile is constructed:
1. common part, which shall be the same for all profiles of the school concerned;
2. profile part, which is characteristic of that profile; or
3. Part;
o. person-related number:
the person related to the number of Article 1 of the Act ;
P. Rekentoets:
Rekentoets specified in Article 29, fifth paragraph , and Article 60, sixth paragraph, of the Act ;
q. school:
a school designated on the basis of Article 56 of the Act as well as a school of secondary education financed from the State of the Netherlands, as provided for in the law Including preparatory vocational training in an agricultural training centre intended to be carried out in Article 1.3.3. of the Education and Vocational Education Act ;
r. teldate:
the date of 1 October of any year referred to in Article 8, second paragraph, of the Financing Decision W.V.O ;
s. boxes:
the boxes, for the purpose of Article 1 of the Eindex Decision , as well as the components in respect of which the final digit determines the combination of the combined figure;
t. completeness statement:
the statement by the competent authority to the Minister stating that the registered information in the basic register relates to the date on the date of the census in accordance with the legal requirements laid down in such a way as to enable it to be as complete and correct as possible;
u. workpiece:
the profile workpiece or sector workpiece specified in Article 4 of the Eindex Decision ;
v. law:
This scheme is based on the Articles 58, 8 , and 103b, third member, of the law and on Article 164a, third paragraph, of the Law at the centres of expertise .
The enrolment information will be in Annex 1 specified and defined as follows:
a. Postal code of the residence of the pupil:
the official Dutch TPG encoding, consisting of a numerical residence code and an alphabetical letter code;
b. Date of entry and registration:
the date of actual commencement and date of termination of education at the school;
c. type of education:
it in Article 5 of the Act distinct type of secondary education that follows a pupil;
d. learning path:
the theoretical learning pathway, for the purpose of Article 10 of the Act , the vocational learning pathways specified in Article 10b of the Act , or mixed learning, intended to be used in Article 10d of the Act , including the learning support education provided for in the Article 10th of the Act ;
e. sector:
the sector referred to in the Article 10, third paragraph , 10b, third member and 10d, third member of the law ;
f. Branch:
the section, referred to in Article 10c of the Act ;
g. Profile:
the profile, for the purpose of Article 12 of the Act ;
h. Year of study:
the year of teaching in which the pupil is educated on the teldate education, or in the field of practical education, the number of years the apprentice is enrolled in practical education and/or the special secondary education for children who are difficult to teach;
i. Newcomer VO:
the pupil who is a stranger as intended in Article 1 (m) of the Aliens Act 2000 and at the count date of less than one year than one to two years of stay in the Netherlands;
j. length of stay:
the period of stay in the Netherlands of the NEWCOMER VO on the count date less than one year and from one to two years;
k. Registration number:
the number of the school according to BRIN;
(l) ancillary establishment:
the serial number of the establishment, other than the principal place of business, of a school belonging to a school, according to BRIN.
The exam data will be in Annex 2 specified and defined as follows:
a. Postal code of the residence of the pupil:
the official Dutch TPG encoding, consisting of a numerical residence code and an alphabetical letter code;
b. type of education:
it in Article 5 of the Act distinct type of secondary education that follows a pupil;
c. learning path:
the theoretical learning pathway, for the purpose of Article 10 of the Act , the vocational learning pathways specified in Article 10b of the Act , or mixed learning, intended to be used in Article 10d of the Act Including, including, the learning support education provided in Article 10th of the Act ;
d. sector:
the sector referred to in the Article 10, third paragraph , 10b, third member and 10d, third member of the law ;
e. Branch:
the section, referred to in Article 10c of the Act ;
f. Profile:
the profile, for the purpose of Article 12 of the Act ;
g. examination year:
the year in which the result of the examination is to be determined;
h. boxes in which examination has been made:
the boxes, in accordance with the subject table, in which the examination includes the name of the workpiece, the subjects or the theme to which the work is to be applied, the designation 'diplomavak', the profile-examination part of which the box is regarded and the subject-matter Indication indicating if the box is a component for which the figure is to be determined for the combination figure;
i. grades of school windows:
the assessment per component of school names mentioned in Article 35 of the Eindex Decision ;
j. the assessment of the social traineeship:
the compliance assessment Article 52, first paragraph, subparagraph (f) of the Eindex Decision ;
k. the figures of the central exam:
the compliant Article 42, second paragraph, of the Eindex Decision The assessment made by section of central examination broken down by period of examination;
(l) The final figures:
the compliance assessment according to box Article 47 of the Eindex Decision as well as the combination figure;
m. the rating of the rekentoets:
The rating of the rekentoets according to Article 47 of the Eindex Decision ;
n. the result of the final exam:
the results determined in accordance with Article 48 of the Eindex Decision ;
o. Registration number:
the number of the school, according to BRIN, on which the pupil is registered at the count date;
p. ancillary establishment:
the order number of the school which is part of the registration number of the establishment, other than the principal place of business.
1 The competent authority shall supply the registration details of an apprentice registered with the school and the examination particulars of an apprentice who is registered in the school and who participates in an examination or a part thereof, in so far as it has jurisdiction to do so. It shall determine the result of the school, together with the number of persons assigned to the school by electronic means to the Minister.
2 The subscription data and examination data are provided in accordance with the specification as included in: Annex 1 Respectively Annex 2 and the extended technical specifications.
If, after consultation with the Minister, the competent authority is not deemed by the Minister to supply the information in the manner specified in paragraph 1, the Minister shall, after consultation with the competent authorities, determine how the delivery is to be delivered.
1 The competent authority shall ensure that all registration information relating to the date-date together with the statement of completeness has been notified to the Minister by 15 October of the school year at the latest.
2 By way of derogation from paragraph 1, the competent authority shall ensure that the tendering procedure 'date of entry and exit' is referred to in the Article 2 (b) , of the scheme, to be reported to the minister within 7 days.
3 From 1 June following the date on which registration data may be submitted, no changes to the registration information may be made on the counting date, without a statement by an auditor as to the accuracy of the information. The competent authority of a school may choose from a previous date, between the counting date and 1 June following the count date, not to submit any changes to the registration data relating to the count date, without a statement of an auditor as to the accuracy of the data.
4 The second paragraph shall not apply to schools designated on the basis of Article 56 of the Act .
1 The competent authority shall report the person's number and examination records concerning an apprentice registered with the school as soon as possible to the Minister, but no later than 2 weeks after the results of the relevant examination have been adopted.
2 By way of derogation from paragraph 1, the results for school examinations and the boxes in which school windows have been completed and the result of the social placement shall be reported to the Minister as soon as possible after the results have been established, but no later than three days before the beginning of the central examination. The final figure for the rekentoets shall be reported to the Minister within five working days of its adoption.
At the latest three days before the beginning of the second and third periods, information relating to candidates, the figures obtained during the previous periods by those candidates, the school names and the school names, as applicable, shall be given. subjects in which a pupil's examination will take place, reported to the Minister.
3 Without prejudice to what is stated in paragraphs 1 and 2, amendments to the examination data shall be delivered to the Minister within two weeks of the date on which the change is made known to the Minister.
1 Within one week of the notification of the registration information by the competent authority, the Minister shall report the verified registration details, including the results of the checks and the additional details of the basic registration persons, as referred to in Article 4 (1). Article 24c, first paragraph, part g, of the Education Supervision Act -to the competent authority.
2 On 15 October, or 29 November, or 13 December, or on 4 January following the date on which the Minister, the Minister, shall notify the competent authority of the students ' registration information contained in the basic register of the date and the date of the date of reference. data relating to the year preceding the counting date, for which the competent authority has submitted a complete statement of the completeness of the certificate.
On 21 July, or on 5 October in the year following the year of teldate, the Minister shall notify the competent authority of the registration information contained in the basic register, relating to the counting date, of which a The audit opinion has been received.
4 The third paragraph shall not apply to schools designated on the basis of Article 56 of the Act .

On 15 November, or 29 November, or 13 December, or on 4 January following the date, the Minister shall notify the competent authority of the examination data contained in the basic register of the previous school year.
3 On 21 July, the Minister shall notify the competent authority of the examination data contained in the basic register relating to the school year preceding the date of the counting of which the registration information has been received.
4 The third paragraph shall not apply to schools designated on the basis of Article 56 of the Act .
