Having regard to the Articles 4.9, 4th paragraph , 4.10 , 4.17, third member , 4.19 , 4.20, fourth member , 4.23, 1st and 2nd Member , 4.25, fourth member , 4.26, fifth paragraph and 4.27, first paragraph of the Implementing Decision WHW 2008 , Article 7 of the Decision decentralisation of the provision of work-conditions to academic hospitals and the Article 3.3, second paragraph , 7.43, 4th Member , 7.50, 2nd Member , 7.51, seventh Member and 7.52, Fifth Member of the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Research ;

  • 2 The factors referred to in Article 4.10, second paragraph, of the Decision are for bachelor courses in higher vocational education:

    • a. Training with a low level of funding 1,

    • b. For training with a high level of aid 1.28; and

    • c. For training courses with a top aid level of 1,5.

Article 3a. Historical file higher education

  • 1 For the purposes of applying Article 4.3, sixth paragraph, of the Decision the data from the CRIHO shall be recorded in the historical file higher education under the attribute 620668988284 on the basis of the data provided by institutions to the CRIHO for the period from 1 September 1991 to 30 September 2008 on certificates, degrees and tenders, which are treated in the same way as paid out and paid for by the costs referred to in the decision.

  • 2 Without prejudice to the Article 4.3 The seventh paragraph of the Decision the data, which are included in the historical file of higher education provided for in paragraph 1 above, are not to be amended after 16 April 2010, pursuant to Article 4.3 (2) of the Decision.

  • 1 The full statutory tuition fee, intended in Article 2.2, first paragraph, of the Decision shall be subject, after application of Article 2.2, third and fourth paragraph, of the Decision, for the academic year 2015 to 2016 € 1,951.

  • 2 The minimum amount of the partial statutory tuition fee, referred to in Article 2.2, second paragraph, of the Decision shall be after application of Article 2.2, third and fourth paragraph, of the Decision, for the academic year 2015-2016 € 1,135.

Article 10. Organizations

  • 2 Organizations may apply to the Minister between 1 April and 1 June preceding the relevant academic year to be designated as political youth organization or a nationwide organization as intended. Article 7.51k, of the Act . This request must be accompanied by the following:

    • a. The rules of association or regulations of the organisation;

    • (b) a statement from an auditor certifying that the organisation comprises at least two hundred and fifty-paying members, contributors or donors, or consists of an institution, organisation or legal person which is responsible for the organisation of the organisation of the organisation of the organisation of the organisation of the organisation of together comprise at least two hundred and fifty-paying members, contributors or donors;

    • c. in the case of a political youth organization: the written declaration of the political party, represented in the two Chambers of the States General, showing that the relevant organisation is affiliated with that political party;

  • 3 An organization referred to in the second paragraph, following a request for a previous award, shall only inform the Minister of any changes to the relevant documents.

  • 4. The Minister shall inform the organisation, referred to in paragraph 2, of its decision by 15 July preceding the relevant year of study concerned.


Article 11. Representatives

  • 1 The management of an organisation referred to in Article 10 , shall the representative or representatives be entitled to the financial support given the actual performance of a management function during a year of study, with due regard for: Article 7.51k of the Act and shall provide the Minister before 1 November of the relevant year of study with the following information on this representative or representatives:

    • a. the name, address and place of residence, as well as the date of birth;

    • b. A copy of an identity document containing the civil service or social security number;

    • c. a bank statement with the relevant bank number;

    • d. The desired subsidy period in months.

  • 3 Where the provisions of the first paragraph and financial support are satisfied, the Minister shall make that decision known to the relevant organisations and shall send a copy to the representative of that notice.

  • 4 The management of an organisation may, by way of derogation from the first paragraph, withdraw the designation of a representative. Of this revocation, the Board shall notify the Minister.

  • 5 After a revocation as referred to in paragraph 4, the management of an organisation may designate, instead of the representative whose designation has been withdrawn, a new representative. The appointment of the new representative shall apply to the remaining part of the year of study in question.


Article 12. Entitlement

  • 1 The representative shall, subject to the second paragraph, have during the period for which the Article 11 The designation shall be subject to financial support.

  • 2 If, following the withdrawal of the first designation, the management of an organisation designates another representative, it shall have financial support from the first full month following its designation.


Article 13. Height of claim

  • 1 The financial support is equal to 115% of the gross minimum wage for an employee of 23 years of age or older at a full service per month.

  • 2 The allocation of financial assistance shall take place per month.

  • 2 The setting board shall provide the data in accordance with the specification as recorded in Annex 10 .

  • 4 The provisions of paragraph 1 shall not apply to the data referred to in the first paragraph of this Article. Article 7.52 (b) (b) (b) of the Act , if these are already included in the basic register education. If such information is not yet entered in the basic register of education, the Minister shall request the institution-management authority to provide such information.


Article 15. Notification Time

  • 1 The setting board shall ensure that all data or changes relating to the registration are intended to be used at the latest within 8 weeks of the decision on the invitation to tender, as referred to in Article 4 (1) of the Regulation. Article 7.32, of the Act , or amendment of this information, have been reported to the Minister, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 4.3 of the Decision .

  • 2 The setting board shall ensure that all data relating to the final examination shall comply with that test no later than 8 weeks after the examination board, in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 2 (2), Article 7.12, of the Act , it has found that the exam successfully has been completed to Our Minister have been reported, without prejudice to the particular Article 4.3 of the Decision .


Article 16. Use of data from the basic register education by Minister and Inspectorate

  • 1 From the basic register education the Minister shall provide the Minister for each university and college separately to the Minister and the Inspectorate of the data referred to in Article 2 (2). Article 7.52, second paragraph, of the Act , with the exception of the personal numbers, the sex names, the ancestors and the dates of birth of the students.

  • 2 In the case of provision referred to in paragraph 1, the Minister shall substitute for each person person number by another number or code in such a way as to ensure that the student or extranei is not identified or identifiable.
