Regulation of the Minister for Security and Justice of 28 February 2013, with No 349706 designating the capital stractors with the Office of the Public Prosecutor, the Special Investigation Officers and the police officers of the special investigation services, as officials in the sense of the Articles 556, 1st paragraph, of the Code of Criminal Procedure

The Minister for Security and Justice,

Having regard to the Article 556, first paragraph, of the Code of Criminal Procedure ;

Decision:

Article 1

As civil servants who can be charged with implementing judicial decisions or decisions of the public prosecutor, as intended Article 556, first paragraph, of the Code of Criminal Procedure The following shall be designated:

• a. the power stracters, working at the Office of Kidnapping Law Public Prosecution (BOOM), acting on the basis of Article 142, first paragraph, introductory sentence and point (b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure designated;

• b. Special Investigation Officers employed by the police, acting on the basis of Article 142, first paragraph, introductory wording and point (a) of the Code of Criminal Procedure designated and

• c. the investigating officers of the special investigation services, as intended Article 141, introductory wording and under d of the Code of Criminal Procedure and Article 2 of the Law on Special Investigation Services .

This arrangement shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Journal in which it is placed.
