Arrangement of the Director-General for Justice and Law Enforcement of the Ministry of Security and Justice of 3 August 2012, no. 286999, organisation of service components to the Public Prosecutor ' s Office (Organisation Rules of Service of Service OM 2012)
The Director-General for Justice and Law Enforcement of the Ministry of Security and Justice,
Having regard to Article 3, second paragraph, of the Coordination Decree Organisation and Operating Service 2011 ;
Having regard to the Articles 3 , 4 and 43 of the Polition Act 1993 ;
Decision:
The following national services are governed by the Executive Board of the Prosecutor-General:
a. The Office of the Department of Kidnapping In Public Office (BOOM);
b. Central processing public ministry (CVOM);
c. the service organisation public ministry (DVOM);
d. de Rijksrecherche.
The Office of the Public Prosecution Service (BOOM) shall have the task of deprive it of the benefit of unlawful interference with the following:
a. provision of support to the portfolio holder of the College of Proper-General;
b. the provision of general facilities to the Public Prosecutor's Office;
c. the provision of case support to the case officer;
d. To provide support to the Central Judicial Incasso Office.
The central processing public ministry (CVOM) shall have the task of:
a. To prepare decisions within the framework of:
○ The OM Act For the Article 3.3 (a) and (b) of the Decision of OM-of-a- designated cases in which a criminal decision has been issued in accordance with the Articles 257a , 257b and 257ba of the Code of Criminal Procedure ;
○ The Articles 30 and 34 of the Motor Vehicle Liability Act , the Articles 163 and 164 of the Road Traffic Act 1994 ;
○ Professional records based on the Law enforcement enforcement traffic regulations and related requests for documents, whether or not on the basis of the Law open-to-board , applications based on the Law enforceable and appeal in case of failure to decide on time and the Administrative law procedural cost decision .
○ Requests based on the Law open-to-board who are not related to a criminal case or case on the basis of the Law enforcement enforcement traffic regulations which is pending at the CVOM, as well as the related requests under the Law enforceable and appeal in case of failure to decide on time , complaints and requests for information on the basis of the Law and punitive data law and the Personal data protection law .
b. acting on behalf of the Public Prosecutor ' s Office in an appeal procedure on the basis of Law enforcement enforcement traffic regulations or an appeal procedure regarding a request for reimbursement on the basis of the Administrative law procedural cost decision .
The service organisation Public Prosecutor ' s Office (DVOM) shall have the task of:
a. provision of support to the portfolio holder business of the College of Proper-General;
b. the conduct of the executive operating tasks for all parts of the Public Prosecutor's Office, in particular in the fields of personnel & organisation, finance, ICT and facilities management.
The task of the State Department shall be to carry out investigations under the orders of the College of Prosecutors General, according to facts or conduct which may constitute a criminal offence.
The Organization Rules Service Parts OM of 15 December 1997, the Additional Decision to the Organization Rules Service Parts OM of 27 February 2001 and the Additional decision of the Organization Rules Service Parts Public Ministry 26 August 2005 shall be repealed.

This Decision will be published in the Official Journal.
