The Minister for Economic Affairs,
Having regard to Article 4 of the Financial Decision and Article 41, seventh paragraph, of the 2007 Commercial Registry Act ;
Decision:
The following rates shall be calculated for the inspection of the commercial register and of the documents filed in accordance with the provisions of the law:
a. For the telephone of information on what is entered in the Register of Trade or deposited under the law of the Commercial Register: € 0,70 per 1 minute time unit, with the reimbursement of a portion of one minute to the next rato is calculated;
b. for the Internet access of an extract, a history of what is included in the trade register or a summary of depilments:
1 °. on the understanding of up to 25,000 extracts, histories or statements per year: € 2.65 per extract, history or overview,
2 °. on the understanding of 25,000 to 400,000 extracts, histories or statements per year: € 2,-per extract, history or overview and
3 °. on the understanding of 400,000 or more excerpts, histories or statements per year: € 1.90 per extract, history or overview;
c. for the Internet access of group relations from the electronic file: € 2,65 per group relationship direct relations and € 2,65 per group relation total;
d. for the use of the Internet, of up to three of the most recent standardized annual accounts of a legal person: € 4,20 per inspection;
e. for the Internet access to annual accounts or other deposited documents: € 3,05 per document;
f. for the Internet access of a digitally authenticated document: € 7,50 per document;
g. for the Internet access to the company profile: a minimum of € 2,65 and a maximum of € 9.50 per inspection, depending on the availability of the data referred to in points e and f;
h. for the use of the Internet received from a digitally certified extract: € 7,50 per extract;
i. for the use of the Internet of basic data of undertakings, legal persons and establishments registered in the register of trade ('In brief '): € 0,50 per inspection;
j. for the use of the Internet of basic data of companies, legal persons and establishments registered in the commercial register ('In brief '), where consultation is made through an internet application intended for mobile channels: € 0.99 per inspection;
k. for the use of the Internet of basic data of companies, legal persons and establishments registered in the Register of Trade ('Enrollment 'and' Establishment '), where consultation is made through an Internet application intended for mobile channels: € 1.99 per access.
The following rates shall be calculated for the submission of a copy of, or extract from, the commercial register, whether registered or filed under the provisions of law, as follows:
a. for copies: € 15,-per file or part thereof, regardless of the number of pages;
b. for extracts on paper: € 15,-per extract;
c. for a written notice concerning what is entered in the Commercial Register or deposited with it: € 5,-per file;
d. for the provision for the European Business Register:
-a Company Profile, excluding functionary data: € 2.65;
-a Company Appointment, including functionary data: € 2.65.
1 In this article, KvK number means the unique number, intended to be used in the Articles 9 (a) , and 13, point (a) of the Commercial Registry Act 2007 .
2 For the submission of statements of undertakings or legal persons of what is entered in the Register of Trade or deposited under the law of the Commercial Register, without prejudice to the provisions of the Articles 1 and 2 , the following rates are calculated:
a. Address file requested over the Internet:
-addresses (KvK number and name, address and place of residence): € 0,04 per address provided;
-additional headings: € 0,03 per issued;
b. Bulk uncertified extracts (pdf):
-per application: € 1000,-and
1 °. in the case of a reduction of up to 25,000 extracts per year: € 2,65 per extract,
2 °. for a reduction of 25,000 to 400,000 extracts per year: € 2,-per extract and
3 °. for a decrease of 400 000 or more extracts per year: € 1,90 per extract;
c. Bulk extract from digital validated extracts:
-per application: € 1000,-and
-per extract: € 7,50,
d. for group relationship table:
-per application irrespective of the number of records: € 1000,-and
-per record per relationship reference any shareholder, manager or liability: € 0,03;
e. for any shareholding table:
-per application: € 1000,-and
-relationship referral (sole shareholder): € 0,03 per record;
-contact details any shareholder (KvK number and name,
-address and place of residence): € 0,04 per record;
f. for annual accounts in bulk:
-per application: € 1000,-and
-original revenue and expenditure accounts, not digitally authenticated: € 3,05 per annual account;
g. for file comparison and file enrichment based on name/postcode/house number/telephone number and to the extent known on the basis of KvK number:
-trial validation (up to 500 records, fixed format): € 250,-per contract;
-per application: € 1000,-and
-per 1,000 records offered: € 25,-
-addresses (existing KvK number and name, address and place of residence): € 0,04 per address provided;
-additional headings: € 0,03 per issued;
h. for mutational subscription:
-initial delivery at less than 25,000 records (KvK number and name, address and place of residence): € 1000,-per application and at 25,000 or more records: € 0.04 per record;
-initial delivery of additional headings: € 0,03 per issued;
-subscription to less than 50,000 records (KvK number and name, address and place of residence): € 1000,-per subscription per year and at 50,000 or more records: € 0,02 per record per year;
-subscription names of contact persons: € 0,03 per given name per year;
-subscription of additional headings: € 0,001 per year issued per year;
-subscription fee in connection with delivery on a weekly basis: € 1,500,-per subscription per year, and € 0.03 per record per year;
-extension or downsizing subscription: € 250,-per request;
i. for the selection of addresses by the Chamber of Commerce:
-per application: € 250,-and
-addresses (existing KvK number and name, address and place of residence): € 0,04 per address provided;
-additional headings: € 0,03 per issued;
j. Internet subscription for benefits in kind of data arranged by natural person on the basis of Article 28, third paragraph, of the Commercial Registry Act 2007 : € 1000,-per subscription per year;
k. for financial selections (loose items of financial statements):
-per selected financial item: € 250,-and
-per issued: € 0,10,
-KvK number (with or without name, address and place of residence): € 0,04 per KvK number provided;
l. for Commercial Register Data Services:
-per connection: € 1000,-once and
-for trade register dataservice 'registration':
1 °. in case of a decrease to 25,000 data deliveries per year: € 2.65 per data supply,
2 °. in the case of a reduction of 25,000 to 400,000 data deliveries per year: € 2,-by data supply and
3 °. in case of a decrease of 400,000 or more data deliveries per year: € 1,90 per data supply;
-for Commercial Register Data Service 'Establishment':
1 °. in case of a decrease to 25,000 data deliveries per year: € 1,75 per data supply,
2 °. for a decrease of 25,000 to 400,000 data deliveries per year: € 1,35 per data deliveries and
3 °. in case of a decrease of 400,000 or more data deliveries per year: € 1.25 per data-delivery;
-for commercial register dataservice 'In brief':
1 °. in case of a decrease to 25,000 data deliveries per year: € 1,55 per data-delivery,
2 °. in case of a reduction of 25,000 to 400,000 data deliveries per year: € 1,20 per data supply and
3 °. in case of a decrease of 400,000 or more data deliveries per year: € 1,10 per data supply;
-for commercial register dataservice 'powers short':
1 °. in case of a decrease to 25,000 data deliveries per year: € 1.30 per data supply,
2 °. in the case of a reduction of 25,000 to 400,000 data deliveries per year: € 1,-by data supply and
3 °. in case of a decrease of 400,000 or more data deliveries per year: € 0,95 per data-delivery;
m. for Application Programming Interface Search (KvK API Search), provided over the Internet:
-in the case of a reduction of 1 to 50,000 data deliveries per application: € 0,03 per data-delivery;
-at a decrease of 50,000 to 100,000 data deliveries per application: € 0,025 per data supply;
-in the case of a decrease of 100,000 or more data deliveries per application: € 0,02 per data supply;
n. for Application Programming Interface Profile (KvK API Profile), provided over the Internet:
-in the case of a 1 to 15,000 data flow per application: € 0,23 per data supply;
-at a decrease of 15,000 to 35,000 data deliveries per application: € 0.18 per data supply;
-in case of a decrease of 35,000 or more data deliveries per request: € 0.15 per data suspension.
3 For the statements referred to in point (b) to (k) of the second paragraph, the following allocation costs shall be calculated depending on the method of provision:
a. for a summary given on CD or DVD: € 45,-per CD or DVD;
b. to provide an overview via email: at a maximum of 5,000 records: € 11,-by e-mail and at more than 5,000 records: € 22,-by email;
c. for an overview of the download service provided by the Chamber of Commerce: € 11 per download.
The cost of the audit, referred to in Article 41, first paragraph, of the Commercial Registry Act 2007 , half of them will be reimbursed by the Minister for Economic Affairs, up to a maximum of € 15,000.
The entry fee, referred to in Article 1, first paragraph, of the Financial Decision 2014 Commercial Register , amounts to € 50,00.
The Financial trading register 2013 shall be withdrawn.
This arrangement shall enter into force from 1 January 2014.
This scheme is cited as: The 2014 Commercial Register Financial Regulation.
This arrangement will be set out in the Official Journal.
