The Minister for Economic Affairs,
Having regard to the written agreement of the Minister for Foreign Affairs;
Having regard to Section 10.1.1 of the General Administrative Law ;
Decision:
1 To the Minister for Foreign Affairs, mandate, power of attorney and authorisation shall be granted for the adoption of decisions and the provision of other acts related to the Foreign Office of the Supply Service 2007, with the exception of: of Articles 28 and 29, in respect of officials of the Ministry of Economic Affairs to whom the Foreign Office of the Agricultural Supply System is applicable or has been declared applicable.
2 The Minister of Foreign Affairs is also mandated and authorized to deal with objection and appeals against decisions as referred to in the first paragraph, including the making of decisions on Appeals and appeals.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs may, for the matters referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 above, give mandate, power of power and authorization to staff members of his or her own office.
4 The signature of documents by virtue of mandate or power of attorney shall be as follows:
