Decision of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of 8 April 2009, No DDI/ST/reg. 001/2009, limiting the public access to the archives of the Permanent Representation of the Netherlands to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 1955-1974

Having regard to Article 15 (b) and (c) of the Archives Act 1995 ;

In view of the interests of the State or its allies and for the purpose of otherwise preventing disproportionate advantages or favouring of any natural or legal persons concerned, the inventory number shall be as set out in Annex II. The following shall be the first the first column, from the archives of the Netherlands Permanent Representation to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna, of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 1955-74, public with effect from 1 January of the year, in the second column. Until the last date, the dossier shall not be public under this inventory.

This Decision shall enter into force on the second day following the day of the Official Journal of the Official Journal.
