In order to ensure respect for privacy, the inventory number, mentioned in the first column, of the archives of the British Territories in Africa, the Netherlands Consulate General in Zimbabwe, Harare (1955-1980), is the following: Consulate General in Kenya in Nairobi (1955-64), the British Territories in America, the Consulate in the Bahamas at Nassau (1961-1965), the British Territories in Asia, the Consulate General in Hong Kong in Hong Kong (1955-64), the Consulate in Southern Yemen in Aden (1952-1969), the Consulate General in Singapore in Singapore (1955-64), the British territories in Europe, the Consulate, later Consulate General in Malta, Valetta (1953-1965), from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, publicly available with effect from 1 January of the year, mentioned in the second column. Until the last date, the dossier shall not be public under this inventory.

Consultation or use of archive documents contained in the inventory numbers mentioned in: Article 2 , is only possible after prior written consent of the Director of the National Archives. Applications for access to inspection shall be submitted by the applicant of the 'Form of consent for consultation of non-public archives'; a copy of this form shall be as follows: Annex is annexed to this Decision. The Director may attach conditions to his consent.

The production of reproductions of documents, or publication of records from the archive documents, contained in the inventory numbers, mentioned in Article 2 , is only possible after prior written consent of the Director of the National Archives. The Director may attach conditions to his consent.

This Decision shall enter into force on the second day following the day of the Official Journal of the Official Journal.
