The Minister for Foreign Affairs,
Having regard to Article 15, first paragraph, points (a), (b) and (c) of the Archive Act 1995 ;
Decision:
1 For the sake of the interest of the State or its allies, the inventory number, mentioned in the first column, of the archive of the Directors of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 1952-1998, shall not be published until 1 January of the year. named in the second column. Until last date, the file shall not be public and shall be based on Article 15, seventh paragraph, of the Archives Act 1995 , the rules applicable to the right to information which would apply if the archichdocuments under the abovementioned archive number had not been transferred to the National Archives.

This Decision shall enter into force on the second day following the day of the Official Journal of the Official Journal.
This Decision will be published in the Official Journal. This Decision shall be taken as Annex Annexed to the 'Declaration of Transfer of the archive of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 1952-1998'.
