Decision of 29 August 2005 amending certain acts relating to education, inter alia, for the proper implementation of certain provisions laid down by law in respect of training related to the provision of apprenticeship

On the nomination of Our Minister of Education, Culture and Science, of 11 July 2005, No WJZ/2005/28117 (2632), Executive Board of Law and Legal Affairs, made on behalf of Our Minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality;

Having regard to Article 70a, second and fourth paragraphs and Article 132, third paragraph, of the Law on Primary Education , Article 77a, second and fourth paragraphs, of the Law on secondary education , Article XV of the Law of 28 November 2002 amending the Law of the Centres of excellence, the Law on Primary Education and the Law on Secondary Education in relation to the introduction of an apprenticeship system and the formation of regional and regional development services. Centres of excellence , and Article 28c (b) of the Law of the Centres of Expertiy ;

The Council of State heard (opinion of 21 July 2005, No W05.05.0314/III);

Having regard to the further report of Our Minister of Education, Culture and Science, of 24 August 2005, no. WJZ/2005/31581 (2632), Executive Board of Legislation and Legal Affairs, released on behalf of Our Minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality;

The Articles I , II , III and IV For the first time, any amendments to the expenditure for the school year 2005-06 shall be applicable.

Article VII

The Articles I , II, part B , III and V take effect on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may decide to return those articles to 1 August 2005. The Articles II, Part A , IV and VI shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette, in which the decision is to be issued.

Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
