Granting of a one-off payment to defence personnel for the year 2000

  • A. For the purposes of this Article, the following definitions shall apply:

  • B. The person concerned, referred to in subparagraphs (A) (b), (1) to (3), shall be entitled to a one-off benefit of 12,96% of the calculation basis for which he is responsible.

  • C. The person concerned, referred to in subparagraphs (A) (b), (4) and (5), shall be entitled to a one-off benefit of 12% of the calculation basis for which he is based.

  • D. The one-off benefit referred to under B and C is not a general character and is not included in the remuneration or salary for the purposes of the remuneration rules. The one-off benefit does not form part of the revenue and emoluments referred to in Article C1 of the General Military Pensions Act, which had been referred to in Article C1 of the General Military Pensions Act, or would have had.


Article XII. Transitional provisions

A. By way of derogation from the Articles 54d, second paragraph , and Article 54e, third paragraph, of the General Military Staff Regulations and Article 30da, second paragraph , and Article 30db, second paragraph, of the Civil Service Defence , an application for a temporary extension or a reduction in the working time of the calendar for the remaining part of the calendar year 2001 must be submitted to the commander or the competent authority before 15 May 2001.

B. By way of derogation from Article I, part J , shall apply in respect of the first and second members of the Article 71a of the General Military Staff Regulations for the period from 1 June 2001 to 1 July 2001, the following:

  • (1) If, on the date on which he leaves the actual service, the military still is entitled to annual leave, he shall be paid a fee for every eight hours of annual leave which has not been granted to him, amounting to 1/30 of the Month of remuneration as referred to in Article 1, first paragraph, point (k) of the Military Military , on which the military was entitled directly prior to his departure from the actual service. A section of eight hours is rounded up. The fee shall be calculated in respect of a maximum of twice the entitlement to annual leave on a full calendar year, such as that immediately preceding the departure of the actual service of the military in the case of him.

  • 2. If on the day on which the military leaves the actual service, it appears that the military has enjoyed too much holiday leave, he is for every eight hours too much paid leave, unless this is not due to his or her fault or to his amount of the amount of 1/30 part of the salary per month referred to in Article 1, first paragraph, point (k) of the Military Military , on which the military was entitled directly prior to his departure from the actual service. A section of eight hours is rounded down.

C. By way of derogation from Article I, Section R , shall apply in respect of the first and second members of the Article 80b of the General Military Staff Regulations for the period from 1 June 2001 to 1 July 2001, the following:

  • (1) If, on the date on which he leaves the actual service, the military still is entitled to annual leave, he shall be paid a fee for every eight hours of annual leave which has not been granted to him, amounting to 1/30 of the Month of remuneration as referred to in Article 1, first paragraph, point (k) of the Military Military , on which the military was entitled directly prior to his departure from the actual service. F. By way of derogation from Article IV (G) will be in Article 22, second paragraph, of the Beatmaking Decree civil servants ' defence for the period from 1 August 2000 to 1 January 2001, the minimum amount of the holiday allowance is fixed at: f 274.18.

G. By way of derogation from Article IV, Part I , in respect of salary scales, are included in Annex B of the Remuneration decision civil servants defence The salary scales for the period from 1 August 2000 to 1 January 2001 shall be as Annex 6 to this Decision.

H. By way of derogation from Article IV (B) , with regard to the salary scale, included in Article 7a of the Act on civil servants ' defence the salary scale for the period from 1 January 2001 to 1 June 2001:

P. By way of derogation from Article VI (K) , in Article 14, second paragraph, of the Military Military for the period from 1 January 2001 to 1 June 2001, the minimum amount of the holiday allowance is fixed at: f 279.39.

Q. By way of derogation from Article VI (P) , apply to salary scales, included in the Attachments A and B of the Military Military Decision The salary scales for the period from 1 January 2001 to 1 June 2001 shall be as Annexes 13 and 14 to this Decision.

R. By way of derogation from Article VI, Parts Q and R , in respect of Tables 1 to 3, apply to Annex C of the Military Revenue Decision for the period from 1 January 2001 to 1 June 2001, the tables shall be as Annexes 15 to: 17 to this Decision.

S. By way of derogation from Article VII (B) The following shall apply in respect of Article 2, first paragraph, of the Premischeme and additional reserves of military force of the armed forces for the period from 1 January 2001 to 1 June 2001:

  • (1) A premium may be granted to the military, which is appointed for an indefinite period, to the professional staff, subject to a ministerial order, equal to a maximum of 20% of the salary of a master of the Royal land force with an increase of 18 years ' time, calculated on the number of months in which the military obligation is required.

T. By way of derogation from Article VII (C) The following shall apply in respect of Article 3, second paragraph, of the Premischeme and auxiliary military personnel of the military force for the period from 1 January 2001 to 1 June 2001:

  • (2) The amount of the premium shall not exceed an amount equal to the percentage referred to in (a) to (d) of the salary with, for an increase of 18 years, corresponding to the grade one grade higher than the grade of the grade which is of the grade function for which he is assigned, calculated on the basis of the number of months of the duty applicable to the military, namely:

    • a. In the case of an obligation of four years or more: 25%;

    • b. In the case of an obligation of three to four years: 23%;

    • c. In the case of an obligation of two to three years: 21%;

    • d. In the case of an obligation of less than two years: 20%.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of issuance of the Official Journal, which shall place this Decision on the date of its entry into force, subject to the following conditions:
