referred to in Article 17 of Framework Decision 2008 /947/JHA of 27 November 2008 on the application of the principle of mutual recognition to judgments and probation decisions for the purpose of monitoring probation measures and alternative sanctions
As an obligation on the basis of Article 3:2, 2nd paragraph, of the Mutual Recognition and Enforcement Deprivation and Conditional Sanctions Act in the Netherlands, it is designated: the obligation to undergo electronic surveillance.
This Decision shall enter into force on the date on which the Mutual recognition and enforcement of deprivation of liberty and contingent sanctions enters into force.
This decision is cited as: Implementing Decision mutual recognition and enforcement of deprivation of liberty and conditional sanctions.
Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
