Decision of 14 April 2014 amending various decisions relating to the taking over of business entities

On the nomination of Our Minister of Economic Affairs of 20 February 2014, No WJZ/14012112, done in accordance with Our Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport, and after consultation with the State Secretary for Social Affairs and Employment;

Having regard to Directive No 2007/45 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 September 2007 laying down rules on nominal quantities for pre-packaged products, to the withdrawal of the Directives 75 /106/EEC and 80 /232/EEC of the Council and amending Directive 76 /211/EEC of the Council (PbEU 2007, L 247), Directive 90 /167/EEC the Council of 26 March 1990 laying down the conditions governing the preparation, placing on the market and use of medicated feedingstuffs (PbEG 1990, L 092), Article 2 of the Agricultural Quality Act , Article 3 of the Plant Health Act and the Articles 2.20, first and second paragraphs , 7.1 , 7.3, third member , 7.4 , 7.5, fourth member , 7.6 , 7.8 and 7.9, of the Wet Animals ;

The Section for the opinion of the Council of State heard (opinion of 19 March 2014, No W15.14.0049/IV);

Having regard to the further report of our Minister of Economic Affairs of 9 April 2014, No WJZ/14051595, released in accordance with Our Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport, and after consultation with the State Secretary for Social Affairs and Employment;

Have found good and understand:

Records of the business entities relating to cases for which the Minister for Economic Affairs is responsible pursuant to this Decision shall be transferred to the Minister for Economic Affairs in so far as they are not in accordance with the provisions of the Archive Act 1995 have been transferred to an archive store.

This Decision shall enter into force with effect from 1 July 2014.

Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
