Having regard to the Article 4, first paragraph , 5, 1st Member , 8, 1st member, of the Warenwet and Article 4, first paragraph, of the Archives Act 1995 ;
The Department for the Advisory Board of the State (Opinion of 17 July 2014, No no. W13.14.0217/III);
Having regard to the further report of Our Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport of 3 September 2014, 654011-124892-VGP, released in accordance with Our Minister of Economic Affairs;
Have found good and understand:
Records of business entities relating to cases covered by this Decision and the Decision of 3 February 2014 amending certain general measures of administration in connection with the lifting of the product and business sector, and adaptation of the WarenwetDecree cosmetic products 2011 (Stb. 2014, 81) are being defended by the Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport, are handed over to the Minister for Health, Welfare and Sport, to the extent that they are not in accordance with the Archive Act 1995 have been transferred to an archive store.
This Decision shall enter into force with effect from 1 January 2015.
Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
