Having regard to Article 2, second paragraph, of the Law on Legal Aid ;

The Department for the opinion of the Council of State heard (opinion of 27 June 2012, No W03.12.0204/II);

Having regard to the further report of our Minister for Security and Justice of 8 October 2012, No 300719;

Have found good and understand:

The place of establishment of the Legal Aid Board, as set out in Article 2, second paragraph, of the Law on Legal Aid are:

• a. ressort Amsterdam: Amsterdam;

• b. ressort Arnhem-Leeuwarden: Arnhem and Leeuwarden;

• c. ressort Den Haag: ' s-Gravenhage;

• d. ressort 's-Hertogenbosch:' s-Hertogenbosch.
